Bianca De Luca/Introduction

Bianca works as the lead mechanic at Marconi Muffler and Brake, and will expertly repair American and Italian vehicles and motorcycles, but doesn't do any work on Hybrids or Japanese cars. Not noted to be particularly friendly, she'd rather have her head beneath the hood and be covered in grease from fingernail to elbow than go to a fancy uptown shindig.
