Silently predatory like the owl he resembles, the Horned One runs down all prey the same way, whether it's enemies of the freehold, wisdom and knowledge, or the magic of the Fair Folk. He says little, preferring to watch others from afar or let more careless individuals nervously fill the silence with facts they never intended to disclose. He exploits any weakness, preferring to attack from positions of strength, whether physical or metaphysical. Buidhe doesn't suffer fools and blatant attention seekers easily, becoming an impassive wall of glowering looks and dismissive snorts before stalking away to attend business more worthy of his time. No one, not even his fellow Autumn courtiers, know how powerful he is, but all know his credo: “True knowledge only appears in the maturity of reality,” or, more simply, “hindsight is 20/20.”
