Long-Term Nimbus: Lights grow slightly brighter, true darkness never seems to settle in, and everything appears more crisply defined and distinct.

Immediate Nimbus: This nimbus consists of a combination of atmospheric light phenomena that combine to look like an eye of light with Mei herself in the glowing pupil; a halo surrounds her, with glowing parhelion at arm's length to either side and tangential arcs above and below. Signature Nimbus: Soft halos of light surround things touched by Mei's signature nimbus, growing slowly dimmer over the duration of their effect until fading completely.
