Despite what the plethora of cybernetics and chrome might imply in many Cyberpunk settings, Cedric Block is one of the warmest people you'll ever meet in your life. He does his best work on behalf of others, the strongest tool in his kit is the ability to bring people together, and - while he might be a little by-the-book - he legitimately gives a fuck about the well being of everyone in the Freehold. Even the ones he knows can do better.
