Clara is one of the youngest family heads, but not the head of the youngest family. Her sire, Marco, started their family and is still around, but he has since handed over management of the family's affairs to his childe. She says it's because he lost a bet, he says it's because she's just better at the job, and she explains that was the bet.
There are few people in the city who know more about ephemeral beings, either spirits or ghosts, than Clara. Her family is the most likely to know what areas contain wounds, or verges, or loci. They also keep track of as many of the city's hauntings as they can, and keep extensive repositories of the knowledge that they gather. Although she often gives the impression of being a no-nonsense person, she actually has a silly side, and a tendency to play pranks on the people she likes.

Spooky Stuff - If you're having trouble with spooky things like ghosts and spirits, Clara or someone in her family are the people to reach out to for help.
Practical Jokes - Chances are that if someone played a prank on you and you're not sure who it was, it might have been Clara. She does always own up if she's called out for it, at least. Also, if you try to frame her, she does seem to eventually figure out who did it.
