| An old monster who has learned new tricks, Henevi has been in Philly since before the shift in power and supported Saagochque's reign early on, surprising nobody since they share a Covenant and enough beliefs about personal freedom that her own intolerance for the previous regime wouldn't have been hard to guess. Despite her long period of residence in the city, Henevi has mostly stayed out of local politics and been content to befriend other Kindred, but stay out of both their affairs and those of the domain at large.

- Suspicious Gatherings - There's a house out in the suburbs that has people coming and going from it all the time. It's kind of an open secret that there's a group called Sex Positivity Philadelphia that uses that house as their primary meeting place. They're ostensibly (and in reality) a sex-positive organization with a public facing website and everything, which contains a lot of information about their rules and requirements of their members, plus a lot of resources for managing consent, tools for helping to set guidelines for boundaries in relationships, and other things that actually seem really positive (to some people) on the surface and really suspicious (to other people).
- The truth is that a lot of the longer-term members of the group literally worship an unliving goddess who feeds on their blood. The fact that a fair number of them are (even if secretly) in positions in the government, the media, and other influential areas helps keep trouble away from her doorstep. It's entirely possible to be part of the organization and completely unaware of this aspect of it.
- NOTE: Mostly this group is just how Henevi keeps her cult and her herd under the radar without having to work much harder at maintaining the masquerade. I'm perfectly happy for all the sexual components of this group to be 100% off-screen. I'm also happy for PCs to be members, even if they never get involved in the predatory or sexual parts. The organization genuinely does educate people on how to manage consent both in and out, helps people learn to set boundaries and talk openly about what things they do and don't like, and has strict rules to make sure that it's a safe environment for everyone participating. As safe as it can be with a vampire around, with the potential for frenzy and so on.
- Self-Proclaimed Deity - Like other members of her bloodline, Henevi considers herself to be a deity in her own right. This isn't necessarily unusual among the Circle of the Crone, but she takes it further than most of them do.
- Benevolent Monster - She might have absolutely no doubt that she's far from human, a predator, a monster that haunts the night, but she's also quite sure that doesn't mean she can't be a force for good in the world. Unlife is much easier when you're the kind of monster everyone wants to be close to, not the kind that everyone at least secretly wants dead.
- Occultist - Henevi is relatively practiced in the use of blood sorcery and a learned scholar of the occult. She has been in Philadelphia for a while, and her knowledge in this area isn't a secret for anyone who asks around.
