| Two hundred or so years ago, somewhere in the mountains of Circassia, there was born a young woman destined for a short life with a violent, brutal end. She had the misfortune to be born not long before the beginning of the Caucasian War, and a string of unlikely and seemingly unfortunate events ended up culminating in her surviving what would otherwise probably would have killed her, given the genocide of her people that was to come.
Ultimately, ending up a ghoul in service to a vampire is better than being dead. At least in her opinion.
The first vampire she ended up bound to was a piece of shit who treated her like the garbage he was. She loved him, but only because she had to, and the only thing she mourns about his final death is that she wasn't able to be the one to deliver it. Blessedly, in her mind, it happened at just the right moment for her to fall into the service of Henevi, who has been her regnant for the better part of a century and a half.

| A Finger in Every Pie - Considering the organization she runs it might seem like this is a euphemism, but it's just a metaphor. Lamara knows a lot of people, who know a lot of people. She's the sort of person who rarely goes anywhere in public without running into someone who wants to say hello.
Sex Positivity Philadelphia - Lamara owns a twenty acre ranch out along the main line that's not only the site of her residence, but the official place of business for a legitimate organization called Sex Positivity Philadelphia. It's an organization that offers education on consent, boundaries, and other topics related to both sexual and non-sexual relationships, with strict policies on who is allowed at what events, all wrapped around a social club that supports staff and member-run events of all sorts. Some of them are sexual in nature, like the name suggests, and some are not.
High Priestess - The underbelly of SPP is that among some of the more devoted members exists a blood cult that revolves around the worship of Henevi, with Lamara as its high priest. It's not nearly as bad as you might think, since both of them are actually more or less well-intentioned.
Old Ghoul - Lamara has been a ghoul for almost two centuries. She has seen a lot. She knows more about kindred society than many vampires do, and a good deal of the rest of what's out there as well.
