FDTJ uses all of the Mysteries of the Dragon from books except for the Mystery of Zirnitra, plus the following additional content:

Mysteries of the Blood

Coils of the Blood

Resist the Blood's Call •

The vampire's greater undersatnding of blood and their own hunger helps them to resist their own urges. The Dragon takes a bonus of 2 dice on any roll to resist hunger, to resist frenzy due to hunger or the sight of blood, and to resist vitae addiction.

Blood Seeps Slowly ••

The Dragon's body doesn't demand as much Vitae to animate itself as do those of other kindred. For each dot in the Coil of Blood, the vampire can go one night in a row without spending vitae to wake up. For example, if the character has 3 dots in the Coil of Blood, she can go 3 nights in a row without spending vitae to wake up, and then must spend a vitae to wake up again.

Blood of Beasts •••

The vampire can sustain herself on blood that she normally might not. When determining what creatures the vampire can get sustenance from, subtract her dots in the Coil of Blood from her Blood Potency.

Empowered Blood ••••

When using vitae for Physical Intensity, the vampire can receive a bonus of +3 dice on rolls involving Strength, Dexterity, or Stamina, rather than the usual +2.

Orphaned Blood •••••

The vampire's understanding of the use of blood is such that when feeding from a human she receives three vitae for every two she would normally receive, causing two lethal damage in the process. If the vampire has the Unnatural Affinity merit, she receives two vitae for every turn spent feeding, causing only one lethal damage in the process.
