| There are some things that you just can't learn without someone to teach you. Some examples of this include Auspex, Dominate, Majesty, Nightmare, and Protean if you aren't a member of a Clan or Bloodline that receives them, in which case you need a point of vitae and a lesson from a tutor for each dot that you want to gain. You also can't join a bloodline other than the one your Sire was a part of without guidance from someone who is a part of that line.
This is a page for people to list things that they know and are willing to teach to others. Information posted here is considered to be of common enough IC knowledge that someone could find it by just asking a few NPCs off screen, in order to facilitate RP.
