Second, yes, her father is that Vladimir Kosmodemyanskaya, the billionaire oligarch who amassed truly absurd wealth during Gorbachev's perestroika, and then went to prison in 2004. Third, yes, she is that Zoya, the one known all over the internet by her mononym. Finally, no, she definitely does not share her father's politics, either in the mortal world or among the Awakened.

Fame - Zoya is a bit of an internet celebrity. Most of her fame might be with people under the age of 40 or so, but a wide portion of the people who spend a lot of time on the internet are likely to know her face. She has a popular YouTube channel, a well-followed Instagram account, a boatload of Twitter followers, and takes part in more than one beloved web series. She even has her own channel on Twitch, where she sometimes streams games.
Guardian of the Veil - A famous Guardian of the Veil? Yep! Of course, she isn't famous for being a Guardian of the Veil. The circumstances around Zoya's Awakening and her already high profile in her Russian homeland meant both problems and opportunities. Minimizing the former and exploiting the latter meant making use of her visibility, instead of trying to disappear. She has been a member of the Order since she was a teenager.
Charitable Works - Zoya might have an array of trust funds pumping money into her accounts, and she might maintain an appearance of a wealthy socialite for political and social access purposes, but she puts a lot of both her time and her money into improving life for others. She's involved with multiple charities, including serving on the board of directors for one that helps LGBTQ people escape parts of the world where their identities put them in grave danger. She also works with more than one charity that helps the unhoused, and supports legal funds for victims of the police, among other things.
