Lichen is an ex-convict, father, friend, and a lot more. What that means is they care. They've probably had dozens of people, jokingly or seriously, call them some form of dad by this point.
Volvox
Volvox is a type of Algae that grows in communities and functions for the sake of the whole, a fact this mage will love to tell you. As such, Volvox focuses on the good of the community around them, trying to lift everyone up together.

Second Chance Urban Farms
The Second Chance Urban Farms hires almost entirely ex-convicts that are struggling to find a job. Its centered in Newbold along a series of rooftops and you may see them at a number of farmers markets throughout the year. Its started to look really good on resumes going forward. They've recently expanded to chickens and Lichen is super excited about them!
No I have a permit...this time
Lichen was originally convicted for illegally growing weed for themself and a few around him with health issues. Now he's procured a lucrative Growers permit to supply dispensaries and has some excess for themself and some of the other convicts that need it. He may have some to help you out too.
