Edmund Desperaux/Introduction

Edmund Desperaux is, by all accounts, a man of integrity. He speaks with purpose, he gives to charity, and he runs one of the most competent private security firms in Philly, according to reviews of the business. He does also happen to be a Vampire. He's had sizeable sway in a handful of European domains in the past, but after having arrived in the United States, he has admittedly had a hard time acclimating to the overseas differences in the various cities he has made an attempt to settle in, with the most recent being Philadelphia, perhaps the most unique situation out of them all.
