Etta has dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and olive skin. While she's got a few more curves than she'd prefer, it comes with the territory of spending a lot of time sitting at a computer and loving good food. Hetty is pretty average in looks over all, with the tendency to not pay too much attention to what she's wearing or what her hair is up to.
