| James is just a tad below 6 feet tall with hair shorn short on the sides in an undercut fashion, streaks of new silver just starting to appear on the sides of his head. He dresses well, preferring a nice leather jacket over a clean pressed shirt and tie with matching pants and shoes with very little jewelry aside from the leather cord around his neck that holds his lucky coin, a flattened bullet pressed into the dented metal of an American dollar. In the times that require it, which have been rare in nearly the past decade, he can be seen in in a pair of jeans and worn combat boots paired with a well worn bullet proof vest should the occasion require it. Former British Infantry and SAS, James knows his way around a fight and around a gun should the need for either ever arise with him around.
James is willing to do business with just about anyone as long as they're willing to pay, but there are some lines he isn't willing to cross. You can always be certain that as long as you stay on good terms with him, whatever name you gave him, false or true, will never leave his lips to anyone who may be out to get you.

| It fell off a truck: If you need something that you don't want traced to you with a decent price tag, James is your go to guy. And Even if you didn't buy it from him, he might buy it from you to sell to someone else as long as it isn't too hot, or even if you need it repaired by someone who spent nearly two decades working on guns, he won't charge you too much for it.
Penny Billiards and Nickle Poker: One of the first things James did when he got into to town was look for the local pubs with regular games and decent opponents. His luck is astonishing, and some people won't play with him anymore, so he's always looking for a friendly game. With stakes, of course, if just low ones.
Weekly Meetings: He's got his five year coin. He doesn't talk about the times when drinking was one of his favorite things. But he's dry now, and doesn't mind being around other people when they drink, he just needs a glass of water and that's all.
A walk among the tombstones: Occasionally, James can be found taking a walk in the veterans section of one of the graveyards on the more modest side of town, thumbing the coin he has around his neck. It usually takes some prodding to actually get him to realize someone is talking to him.
