Jolene is new to town, but not big cities, a transplant from Los Angeles, who is getting to know the city, it's denizens, and her place here. According to her "It was time for a change.".

I've got Some Tricks up My Sleeve

With clever fingers and a beguiling smile every so often the little trouble maker likes to show off some close up magic tricks, making cards and coins dance to her will while playing it cool, like it's no big deal.

Straddling Worlds

With a foot here, and the other in the Twilight, Jolene is constantly immersed in both worlds, and constantly working to hide that fact. To not react to the flitting of spirits, or answer a stray question or song that the rest of the mundane never heard asked.

Wandering Locus

It isn't just that she's in both worlds, she thins the space between them, a walking locus that is like a beacon to the spirit world and those looking to cross in either direction, the wayward waystone is also a font of essence, so it's no surprise spirits linger near her....hungrily.

Twilight Company

How does a roving locus fight off hungry spirits? With good company. A surprisingly powerful Ensih spirit is often in close proximity to Jolene. The spirits appearance is malleable, but always humanoid, changing faces, clothing, as if wearing the memory of different people, a common theme seems to be 'warrior', sometimes militant, sometimes their origin is older or more obscure.

Renowned

Jolie has been recognized for her deeds by the spirits and bares the silvery renown brands that are visible in the Hisil.

Behind her left ear, hidden under the mass of crazy curly hair, is a geometric pigeon tattoo of all things.

Of the People?

If she knows about werewolves or her connection, she certainly isn't letting on. Of course it's just as plausible that despite her gifts, she's never recognized her role among the people....or been picked up by the Pure. Maybe...maybe it's just as plausible.
