The Spring Court in Philly has had its ups and downs, to put it mildly. Philadelphia is a city not necessarily known for its culture, and its celebrations are expressions of wild hedonism. After all, when the Birds won the Super Bowl, greasing the light poles didn't actually dissuade anyone from climbing them. Philly's Spring Court laugh at your attempts to stop them from doing what the fuck they want.

In all cities, guiding the Spring Court is a little like herding cats. In Philly, those cats have sledgehammers, buckets of water ice, and 40s.

That's not to say that the Spring Court in Philadelphia is a bunch of useless degenerates. They are useless degenerates who get shit done, and anyone who just sits around smoking weed and not helping the rest of the Freehold is not going to be tolerated by the rest of the Court.
