Bones
Bones decided to go all out for Umi-Chan after the photos they were sent. She waited outside the Sushi restaurant for the Arrow to arrive. Currently she had a black dress with a golden shoulder collar around the top with black heels. It was very Egyptian in feeling. She had a small black purse with her as well, enough to fit a few of her tools, though not as much as she wished.
Izumi Masaki
-Umi arrived a little bit after bones did, though she did not arrive in a car that seemed to belong to her. It was probably one of the various companies that took over for taxis. Though the car was fairly nice, the driver does actually open the door for her and out steps a woman dressed in a kimono. It seems she decided to upscale from normal street attire that she's been seen around in and went for what would be considered more "traditional" for her at least, she does seem to tip the driver for getting the door for her but then turns around and smiles at Bones-
"It took a little bit to get into this, I have other that are significantly more high quality but I didn't feel like drawing ALL the attention tonight."
Bones
"You are gorgeous, Umi-Chan," she said, once she picked her jaw up off of the floor.
She approached and offered her arm for the Cosplayer, and smiled.
"I already had them get us a table, was just waiting to go in with you... and it was well worth the wait, my goodness gracious."
Izumi Masaki
"The cost of looking good in something like this is the lack of mobility."
-She laughs-
"I can't exactly move faster than a slightly fast walk without screwing something up or toppling over."
-She takes the offered arm and follows Bones in-
"But you look rather alluring yourself tonight. It's obvious you went out of your way and I appreciate that."
Bones
"Well, I was certainly inspired by your photoshoot," she smiled and blushed deeply, "And I thought I'd need to try hard to look half as good as you!"
Tommy wiggled her hips a little from excitement as she movedtowards the table. Given the outfit that Umi had, she pulled out the chair for her, before moving around to sit down in the seat across the table.

"Well isn't that nice of you, thank you very much. Oh yes, that was an all day affair, about 200 photos and that's going up to be bought on my site. I call it "Bastet" and I even did a little video as a bonus for people who get the full set."
-She pulls out her phone and hands it to Bones, she leans in and presses play. It is quite literally her doing the Ankha dance in that cosplay-

She watches, in a bit of a trance. When it finished she grinned and looked up with flushed cheeks the approximate color of stop signs, and smiled to Umi, "Oh... Wow. I think I need to subscribe to this site..."
And then she looked into Umi's eyes for maybe a second too long to be polite before shaking her head, "Oh. Um. What. What sort ... of ... um.. What's your favorite sushi?" she scrambled for the menus.

"My favorite are almost all the variations of Unagi, there are very few that I don't enjoy. I especially like getting them at restaurants like this because they are actually warm. If you get them from a store, they're cold and it's basically just "passable" for me. I guess I'm a bit of a sushi snob."
-She pauses-
"You know what? No. I'm simply used to how I've had it at home to the point where I'm used to this version of it. And it's okay to be a little flustered, after all you've gotten an exclusive preview without having to worry about the charges."
-Her grin simply widens and she winks at the other woman-
"How about you, do you have a favorite? Oh and just relax, it's me."
Bones
"My favorites? I like the classic Tunas and the Salmons. I'm very basic American, honestly. I haven't been to Japan to get 'real' sushi, and even my adventures in LA or New York are limited.. I do like a light torched nigiri... some Hirame ... even a Tataki," and she smiles up at Izumi, "And yes. I'm flustered. Because you're a beautiful woman. I'm getting more confident, because a lot of beautiful people are interested in me. Even I couldn't miss that social queue earlier..."
Izumi Masaki
"That was the point of the picture. I wanted to make sure there was no way to interpret it any way other than how it was meant to be. Oh I'd go back for food and some other stuff if I could but I admit I lack a way to get there immediately which would be preferred otherwise I'd be away from the city for a little bit and that's not exactly something that I wish to do right now. Oh? Getting flooded with requests recently then? Well I'm glad I acted when I did, seems like it worked."
Bones
"I use some gifts to really, be genderfluid. I'm also realizing that I'm polyamorous. And also just sex positive, and more sex the better positive," no pancryptia with this one.
"SO yeah, you're fucking hot, and I used chan to flirt, and it worked because we're having dinner and I got some hawt pictures earlier..." she smiled honestly, though her blush was about that of a neon sign now.

"Those are all good things and I tend to be pretty similar with the exception that I'm pretty much batting for just one team and I was lucky enough to be able to have been born the way I identify. Sex is great, amazing actually, especially if you have someone who's very intuned with your body and knows all of your spots."
-She laughs at how forward Bones is being-
"Thanks, I appreciate it and you're hot yourself and I could tell it was flirting that's why I did it right back."
Bones
"Thank you so much," she smiled and nodded, "I tend to fumble over a lot of things, especially socially. This is just my ... like I said, growing confidence. However, that let's me know that I always need to show up femme for you, and that makes me happy," she smiled, "I like to know how ot make people happy. I don't like making people not happy..."
She twiddled her fingersa bit and placed an order.

"I do prefer the female body type in my pursuit of romance, love, and sex. So yes, if you're wanting me to be pleased in that regard, that would be the preference. Confidence is sexy, always has been and always will be. I try to be bold and confident at all times. I've considered just going out in cosplays so often just to be true to what I enjoy and basically say 'fuck standards' but I'm not sure I've reached that stage yet. Plus due to the current month, some of my cosplays won't gel too well because of how cold it can get. While I can stand extreme weather conditions, seeing someone out in an less than long sleeves and long pants can draw attention."
-She replies easily as she orders . . . more than what was probably expected and even some Sake and two cups-

Bones' own order was quite the excessive level of food. Or at least enough for two people by themself.
"Yeah... I realized that it's probably best if I don't just sports bra and shorts all the time for my runs... people were giving quite a few looks

"Well I mean can you blame them?"
-She gives Bones a rather obvious once over that she was not subtle about at all what so ever-
"So I've been wondering about something, I know you can present as you are, do you have another name that you find appealing when you're like this that I should call you?"
Bones
"Tommy is the easiest. Works no matter masc, femme, or what have you," a smile and reach over to touch Umi's hand at that, "thank you for asking! Is Umi-chan still good or would you prefer Umi-Saki?"
Izumi Masaki
-She flips her hand over to take Tommy's and hold it tightly and smiles-
"Umi-Saki is who I present myself online as, it's another identity. But Umi-chan is just fine. You said you had a few relationships already, how many if you don't mind me asking?"
Bones
"I have a girlfriend. I'm seeing about a potential b oyfriend... And then someone swore themselves to me in a BDSM capacity... and I kinda did likewise to someone else. ... wow... I haven't actually talked through that all... and then there is one other that I'm interested in at this point. There will likely be play partners or one nights or whatever, just knowing me... but... I think that's all starting to settle by and large..." she squeezed the hand back.
"Thank goodness it is Philly, because some of these conversations in other places I've been..."

"So that's five then, including me?."
-She idly taps her nails on the table-
"The BDSM scene is quite fun, especially if you had a knowledgeable submissive. Training can be fun and works to forge a stronger bond than having someone who already knows about it so they each have their pros and cons."
-Her eyes slowly move to look Tommy directly in the eyes-
"I think I get a bit of a switch feeling from you."

"Yeah...four already and then wanting to see where number five goes," she smiled and gave Umi her own once-over, "And yeah. I didn't realize i had a primal predator side until recently. Someone pulled it out of me, and I liked it. But I... well, being what we are, who we are... there's a lot of ..." she searcehs for the word, "a need for control. For keeping things inside, yes? That WIsdom to know when to let it all fly out and when to take it easy. Well... I get tired of being in that control mode all day long."

"There are certain things that we do need to keep inside of us and others we can release. That is simply the way things are. I wish I had some real insightful and meaningful quote to say here but I'm afraid I don't. The only thing I know is that power is nothing but power, foolish are those who hope for it in excess; yet equally foolish are those who shun it for no reason. I want power to help others and take care of them. The way I plan on taking care of you."

That caused her to nearly lstart flashing red from her cheeks like a neon sign, "Oh. Um... I do like... some of that."
"And I do agree. For the record. I like my power and how I can help. But I know that I can't use it for everything... even though it's hard to... recognize sometimes."
Izumi Masaki
-Umi was still holding onto Tommy's hand and in one swift moment she pushes up and pulls the other woman in close enough for a kiss but before it can happen she whispers-
"If you say no now, I'll stop."
Bones
Tommy leaned into the kiss and stood. She moved around the table and sat next to Umi rather than have to kiss over the table, especially when the food arrived.
Izumi Masaki
-With that out of the way she finishes the kiss and simply smiles-
"Well I'm glad I was able to read that correctly and now we actually have food and can do some of the anime cliches of feeding each other and you can play the role of "slightly embarrassed love interest" when we do that."
-She pours a cup of Sake for her and one for Tommy as she pass it to the woman-
"Kanpai."
Bones
"Kanpai," she said in return, and waited for Umi to drink it before drinking her own.
Izumi Masaki
-Umi does indeed drink it first then looks expectingly to Tommy-
"Well don't keep me waiting. Unless this is one of those 'the dominate eats first' instincts you might be having. Which is a good one to have."
Bones
She drank it down, "No, not that involved. I feel lots of various submissive things, but some of that feels too... Feudal? Might not be the right word, but it's hard to think with your eyes looking in mine."
Izumi Masaki
"I'm pretty sure that's not the correct term. It'd be "primal" because that's a more animalistic instinct. It's the blue, isn't it? They're clear sky blue after all."
-She laughs and takes a pair of chopsticks and picks up a piece of her food and offers it to Tommy-
"Say "ahh" my darling."
Bones
She opened her mouth and even said 'ahh' for Umi-saki.

-She follows by feeding Tommy some Eel, hopefully that was something that she had already eaten before in her life. Otherwise it might be an odd texture. Umi giggles then takes a bite for herself-
"Good girl. Now it seems we have quite a bit of food here and I hope that you're as hungry as I am or else they'll have to through some of this out and there's no shot I want to let that happen."
Bones
"Oh, I'll eat plenty, Umi-sama," she grinned, pulling out her own chopsticks to start chowing down, "I have no problem eating... I've eaten on every continent and tried a lot of creatures in the world, at least. Or at least the public facing versions, or the camping version of the foods..."
She added a touch of soy and wasabi to a lot of her items, but tried one of each roll before she did.

-Once Tommy finishes her sentence Umi reaches out and takes Tommy's chin and guides her to look directly into her eyes-
"You are to refer to me by that honorific from this moment forward, do you understand?"
-She awaits for a confirmation and once it happens she places one single kiss on Tommy's lips-

"Yes, Umi-Sama."
Izumi Masaki
-She idly caresses Tommy's cheek and smiles at her- "That's a good girl. I think this is going to be a very enjoyable relationship for the two of us."
Bones
"We will have to see how the rest of the compatibility is."
Izumi Masaki
"Are you not enjoying yourself, Tommy-chan?"
-She asks curiously while tilting her head to the side-
"If that's the case you should express it to me so I can improve it."
Bones
"Oh, no I am certainly having a fun time," she beamed, "Its great company, great food, and great hopes for the future. Yet, one never knows until one experiences, eys?"
Izumi Masaki
"Experiences? Ah of course, I will make sure that you enjoy the rest of the experience tonight. All. Of. It. Of that I can guarantee it."
-She says with absolute confidence, she takes Tommy's hand and pushes her fingers through and gives it a tight squeeze-
Bones
"Such a Theurgist..." a tease, "All that confidence."
Izumi Masaki
"I am who I am and I won't put on airs. I'm confident because I know myself and my limitations. After all my order does require a certain level of discipline to be apart of it. If you don't believe me, we might have to eat a little faster."
Bones
"Mmm.. I only self defense. I mean, I have some belts and stuff. But I never went deep into it."
Izumi Masaki
"I can absolutely show you a thing or two."
-She winks then pours them both another drink and shots it in one go-
"This was a good idea, next time you're going to have to pick the next one though. Otherwise I wouldn't be too even. Unless of course you want me to make the choices."
Bones
"Technically, you gave me two options. Ramen or Sushi. I picked Sushi. Ramen is another good place close by, but yes, your meaning is heard."
She drinks it down
Izumi Masaki
"I did give you two options, that I preferred."
-She laughs-
"So you could only really pick one that would make me happy. I mean this could be a lot different if we went to Denny's or something. Not to say I don't enjoy breakfast food it's just . . . you know Denny's."
Bones
"Right?" she winces at that, "I only do things like that when I'm drunk, high, or desperate."
Izumi Masaki
"I prefer Ihop actually, especially if I'm just going for the breakfast food. Though I would welcome some input from some Philly locals as it is in all cities, the locals know the best spots that aren't corporate owned."
Bones
"I'll make a list, Umi-Sama," a grin.
Izumi Masaki
"I look forward the results of your hard work, Tommy-chan." -She replies exactingly, clearly she does expect good results from the other woman-
Bones
As the food was starting to run out, "I think I'm just about ready, you?"
