Vincent Drake Was clubbing the smartest move Vincent could have made, no, does he need to hunt now with a Ghoul and herd of people who can't get enough of his fangs, no, but damn if he doesn't want to dance and forget his troubles. He never really went clubbing for the sake of clubbing and tonight he wanted to give it a try, no work, no angle, just lose himself to the beat.

Izumi Masaki -There was one person already there, who was currently leaning against the bar and was getting quite a bit of attention. To anyone who knew anything about Anime or Cosplayers, it was Umi in an actual cosplay from a very popular anime. There are a few drinks in front of her, several of them are already completely empty. She's wearing a black outfit and she's got purple hair, done up in a ponytail-

Vincent Drake Vincent notices and blinks for a second before looking around for Hollows. . .wait. . .does he count as a, fuck it, he's going to be Ulquiora for next convention. Leaving the dance floor he walks over and takes a seat next to her, "You waiting on Urahara?" he asks

Izumi Masaki "Soifon, actually." -She responds effortlessly, she's even got the vocals down perfectly, this one appears to be quite the labor of love- "But in all seriousness, it's good to see you."

Vincent Drake "You too," he nods, "It's not solved," he mentions, "Just needed to trick people." is all he says, not a good conversation in a night club, "I always shipped her with Urahara myself, Soifon seemed too much like a fangirl, but I get the appeal." he motions for a drink, "Have you watched the Blood War yet?"

Izumi Masaki "What's not solved?"

-It seems like she's genuinely forgotten about the message in Maddy's-

"Trick people? You fucked up somewhere didn't you?"

-She shakes her head-

"I thought you were being too open about stuff but not my place to tell you how to live your life. I honestly think the author made her bisexual so we could pick who we wanted her to be with. Her relationship with both of them have moments that show just how much she trusts each of them and how much they adore her. I read it and now I'm waiting for the rest of it to come out." (edited)

Vincent Drake "She has big bi energy," he laughs, "Takes one to know one, honestly she fits well with either of them," he takes a beer, "So, you know Kubo didn't want Ichigo to end up with anyone right, the editors made him make him a thing with Orihime in the end," he pouts, "Personally I'm more of a Rukia and Ichigo guy, they make more sense together, Orihime had the perfect man with Ulqioura."

Izumi Masaki "Yeah, bi or poly. I don't think she does labels, too much of a free spirit to want to be tied down by things like that. I never read anything about that, I know that he was hinting at their relationship vaguely throughout the manga but because Bleach is not a romance manga, it was meant to stay vague and only barely hinted at. I don't think Orihime and Ulqiorua would've ever worked. The exact same way I don't think Ichigo and Rukia could've ever worked. We can speculate here; say they were actually written to be together, however due to the nature of what Rukia truly is, this relationship would've been strained and almost impossible to maintain. The same for Ulqioura, I just don't think a human and a hollow could be together at all. The natures are completely different."

Vincent Drake "But that's what makes it all the more enticing," he argues, "Bleach was a Shonen sure, but how many romance manga are based on the principle that, due to the supernatural factor of one, they should not be together but they make it work." he emphasizes, "Plus Ichigo's father was a shinigami, he already had a foot into that world, but I'm not here to argue shipping." he laughs, "As for Ulqioura and Orihime, eh, I like the 'teach me how to feel' dynamic, would it be toxic in real life, probably, but makes some juicy fan fics. . .so do you just club in cosplay?"

Izumi Masaki "It's not exactly an argument, it's a discussion. I'm simply stating that if Ichigo truly wanted to be with Rukia, he would have to do one of two things to really make it work. He'd have to die of old age, or just die and leaving his sisters, father, and friends behind just to be with her. I think we can both agree that Ichigo may be many things, but dying and leaving his loved ones behind simply isn't something he'd do. Now for Orihime, he literally came back to life for her because she cried out that she didn't want him to die. They fought a God together, Ichigo has even been mocked multiple times for noticing him go out of his way to protect her. When she was kidnapped and given the chance to say goodbye to one person Orihime chose Ichigo and even commented that she could live five times to try multiple different things but she'd always end up falling in love with the same person." (edited)

Vincent Drake he tries to come up with a counter point. . .but honestly can't, instead giving a polite clap, "You have logic on your side," he admits, "I just found Orihime's crush a bit too. .. puppy crush, yeah know, with Rukia I thought that she gave him the powers, plus the Rukia Retevial arc caught my feels, although the same thing happened with the Las Nochas arc." he shrugs, "But their not even among my top 10 OTP's to be honest," he smiles, "The honor of my all time fav pairing belongs to Fate, Shirou and Saber for the win." oh god he swoons a little at that (edited)

Izumi Masaki "Now there is one that I never really understood, Shirou is pretty useless in my opinion. Easily one of the weakest masters in the entire Fate series save Ritsuka Fujimaru from Fate Grand Order. Though part of me feels like they might actually be a bit of an exception because they can have so many servants. Artoria seemed to like most of her masters except for Kiritsugu because of his personality and how he generally viewed the world. Then he forced her to use her noble phantasm on the grail. I'm honestly not sure if I have a favorite ship."

Vincent Drake "Shirou is weak as hell," he fully admits, "But it's not his strength, it's his heart," he bumps his own chest, "Shirou can barely hold his own but he keeps trying, focusing his trauma by wanting to help others, although the way he does it is unhealthy as fuck," he muses, "I just think. . .Saber and Shirou in my opinion bring out the best in each other, and he doesn't see her as the king who had to cut off her humanity, but as a strong woman." he smiles, "I fully admit I can never be a hero, but watching Shirou makes me think what I could have been like if things where different," he shrugs, "Instead for role models I turn to Lelouch vi Britannia and Char Aznable."

Izumi Masaki "There weren't that many female role models in anime back then. I think the most notable one that I remember was Gen Kai from Yu Yu Hakusho. Now there's a good anime, I could binge that one again easily."

-A pause-

"If you want to be a hero, be a hero. You will never reach a point where you can't change and be something that you truly want to be."

Vincent Drake he thinks, "I've given that some thought over the years, and while being a hero sounds good, ask my sister or partners and they'll tell you I have a protector complex. . ." he get's a smile on his face, not sinister but clearly thinking up no good, "It's a thrill, using your wits to get what you want, tricking someone who thinks their in control. . .I genuinely do like being a villain, well not Griffith or the Major levels of evil I have standards, but the Magnificent Bastard that people love to watch, Lelouch, Izaya, Askeladd." he laughs, "and damn it I'll people a show to enjoy, or go the path of Ken Kaneki and give one hell of a tradgedy."
