Maddy's Wafflehouse

Log

Avery Frisk: Avery was curled up at a table, over a tablet. They had a stylus in their hand, and their tongue was barely sticking out of their mouth. They had their airpods in and were drawing...well it looked like their untouched blueberry waffles from the looks of it?

Kenzie: Kenzie made her way in a tank top, leggings and boots. Her hair in a messy bun and back pack on her back. She spotted Avery and offers a soft smile and a wave before taking a nearby seat.

Micah Bradley: Micah had been wanting to visit this place for a while now but haven't found the time. Or maybe he just kept getting distracted by other things... Today however, he purposely ignored everything else to finally find this wafflehouse place. It's gotta be good if peeps kept talking about it. At least, peeps in a community hidden from unaware humans... Entering in through the portal, he looked around and grinned wide as he saw a familiar face. Hah, he was definitely in the right place!

Dressed casually in jeans and t-shirt, he walked in towards the counter to checkout the menu.

Avery Frisk: Avery glanced up as Kenzie enters, and their head lowers a bit, not stopping her from sitting.

"I'm...sorry about last time...I was confused. I would be very sad if I could not find them."

And then a blink as Micah enters, the excitable energy flooding the room from the fae-touched. Avery waved quietly.

Kenzie: She furrows a brow at Avery. "Oh damn, that. Uh. Literally already forgotten. Im sorry too for getting so heated over it. It was not important at all. I--- sorry." Small remorseful smile to Avery. She looks to the new guy and offers a wave before getting an Aloha breakfast.

Micah Bradley: He gave them both a quick salute with a friendly grin before looking through the items of food on offer and picking a delicious looking buttered waffle and a glass of strawberry banana smoothie.

Avery Frisk: Avery blinks.

"Oh...sorry? I think?"

Avery looks between Micah and Kenzie.

"Have...you two met yet?"

Kenzie: She shook her head to Avery as she regards the guy shes never met. "Hey dude. Its custom here to just sit at random peoples tables and say hey." She teased. "Im Kenzie and thats Avery. They're cool."

Micah Bradley: "Good afternoon, Kenzie! Pleasure to meet you. I am Micah." came his reply as he walked over while waiting for his order. And then he faced Avery and giggled. "And afternoon, Avery. Doing alright? I did not want to approach just yet, not knowing if my presence was wanted! I can be... A bit much..."

Avery Frisk: "You are okay. You are both...jumpy people. Jump from...thing to thing? I don't know. Hello Micah."

Avery continued drawing on their tablet.

"Thank you for...contacting your Greatuncle for me. He helped me a lot."

Kenzie: She laughs happily. "Oh no, poor Aver. Two rather unpredictable people in the same room. What ever will you do?" She winks to them. "I have to tone myself way back for Avery so they don't startle away."

Micah Bradley: "It was my pleasure to help out." he nodded gently. What Kenzie says then brings a chuckle to his lips. "I'm quite predictable, actually! That is, if you know me well enough. Forgive me for being forward, but you must be one of the other... Uh... Supernaturals?"

Avery Frisk: Avery nods. Micah can see their mask, and they are definetly an easily startleable birb. They dont have more to say so let the other two chat.

Kenzie: "Nah, I won a Miss California, and a Miss USA once so that made me a super-model. Guess they let anything super in here." She joked. "Im just a witch, who has won no being hot awards. Yet." Giving a plotting look.

Micah Bradley: He waggled his finger at her and grinned. "You're quite the comedian, heh! So a witch! I don't think I've ever met one before. I am Avowed. A human connected to the Changelings." he said as he extended a hand to shake.

Kenzie: She takes his hand. "I -almost- thought that was your name and thought how bad ass that would be as a name." She laughs. "Nothing to impressive I assure you. Just--- don't go asking Klaire if you see her around."

Micah Bradley: His grip was firm and strong. Very much an athlete's grip! "Oh? It would sound quite amusing to be called Micah Avowed!"

Avery Frisk: "Why...is that a bad ass name?" Avery looks confused, and turns off the tablet.

Kenzie: She chuckles. "Maybe a Porn name for you, if you ever get the chance. Or, a wrestler. Sort of the same though." She eyes Avery. "For thr aforementioned porn and or wrestling name potential. -Weighing in at over 220 pounds, 6'2", from Boston Massachusetts! Micah---- Aaaaaaaaaaaaavowed!-" While she was enthusiastic, she wasn't loud for Averys benefit.

Micah Bradley: He raised his arms to pose, flexing his lean muscles this way and that, looking totally proud.

Avery Frisk: Avery just looks really confused, looking back and forth between them. A look of 'oh no, what have I done?'

Kenzie: She laughs at Averys reaction. "Wrestling is a scripted fake fighting match that is overly dramatic and theatrical." She smirks to Micah. "Avery has a lot of modernizing to do."

Micah Bradley: "Hehe, it's like putting on a show. Porn is much the same way, except it is more sexual and wrestling is more primal."

Avery Frisk: Avery blushes at the 'more sexual' part but nods.

"Okay...why scripted fighting? Isn't sparring better if you want to improve?"

Oh no, a clueless Summer!

Kenzie: She tilts her head to the side at Micah. "Put on Skinamax and WWE and you tell me the difference" She cant help but laugh a bit more. "People like Drama, Avery. They don't know the script. They just like the drama and overly muscular men in undies grabbing at one another in the name of entertainment."

Micah Bradley: He simply winked at Kenzie in answer. Oh, he could go on, but for Avery's sake he decided to chill. Also, his food was ready. He quickly got up to retrieve them before sitting back down. "Those guys are usually already improved to their best abilities. They're just putting on an act for others. It's a way to pass the time for some. A way to dream for others. You get that, yeah?"

Avery Frisk: Avery nods a bit.

"So they...are really good...so pretend so people have fun? Okay?"

Kenzie: "Its like Roman Gladiators but no one usually actually gets hurt. They also add in some TV tropes to build tension for fights, allies and enemies."

Micah Bradley: "Mm, there is the gambling as well. People enjoy putting money on their favourite players and if their player wins, they earn even more money. It's a whole economy, really."

Avery Frisk: "Roman...gladiators?"

Someone isn't a history buff.

"Okay...I guess? I did see some fights...and betting. Vincent took me to a fight so I could Harvest Glamour. But it didn't look...fake?"

Kenzie: "Those fights were probably real. Two different--- sports--- if you can call it that." She smirks some. "Wrestling is on TV, big arena, entertainment industry. Its even called World Wrestling Entertainment. But there are others, like street fighting and betting, or MMA fights that people bet on."

Micah Bradley: "Did you manage to get Glamour?" he smiled at Avery while spreading his butter around on his waffle.

Avery Frisk: Avery just looks realllllly confused.

"Um...okay? I guess....I am too fragile for those fights. I get hurt easily."

A nod to Micah.

"It helped me, yes. Wrath is easier for me."

Kenzie: She laughs more. "You watch them, you don't do them." She eyes Micah and Avery. "So that Glamor or whatever you got from it, Humans have dopamine which triggers happiness and pleasure in us. Sort of the same deal if you break it down. So watching it triggers that and makes us feel good to watch."

Micah Bradley: He inclined his head to Kenzie to agree with her explanation. "Yes, it is much the same. All of it is just emotions, really. Thing is, we, Changeling and Avowed, can use those emotions in a more obvious way. The unaware simply feel those emotions and that is it." he added on.

Avery Frisk: "I am a warrior. I fight... but I am not that kind of fighter."

Avery states it simply, then nods to the Autumn to explain the more magic side.

"I can feel emotions...happy...sad...pleasure...others. But taking those emotions...I can turn them into energy for my Contracts, to harden my Mask...or other things."

Kenzie: "All of that, yeah, I am as lost as you are about wrestling. None of that means anything to me." She chuckles. "Im glad to have Micah as a translator"

Micah Bradley: "Hey, you can fight well enough to save MY arse. That is good enough for me." he patted Avery's arm gently and reassuringly.

Avery Frisk: Avery looks down at the touch, blinking, then nods.

"I was lucky Vorpal was there too."

Aurelio Menegi: As the trio talked the portal did as portals do, allowing Aurelio ingress into the diner. Spotting two familiar faces he smiled warmly, giving them a nod before moving towards the table. "Buongiorno. The day treats you all well, I hope?"

Kenzie: She furrows a brow at them. "Fate and time ever on my side. I miss all the action."

Micah Bradley: "Vorpal was also quite badass, yes." he agreed before turning to look at who was coming in. A grin lights up his face instantly. "GrandUncle! Got done with work then?"

Avery Frisk: Avery looks at Kenzie.

"It was in the Hedge, on patrol. And...was a while ago. But yes, Vorpal is...a good friend to have."

Was there a blush? Avery was mostly hiding the blush, but there was one.

"Hello Aurelio."

Kenzie: She waves to Aurelio. "Why hello there." She nods to Avery. "Can't say I ever met them. So many names, so little faces."

Aurelio Menegi: "Si, it went quite well." He nodded to Micah, then offered a hand to Kenzie; if she took it she would find his touch colder than expected but not so much to be uncomfortable. "Aurelio, good to meet you."

Kenzie: She took it, and tilts her head a bit to the side with a smirk as she looks him over a bit more. "Names Kenzie. Pleasure, I assure you, is all mine. I'm rather greedy like that."

Avery Frisk: Avery looks between the group, and their tablet.

"My... tablet is low battery. And I should get home before nightfall. Be safe?"

Micah Bradley: Micah pulled up a chair for Aurelio to relax into as Avery bid her goodbye. "We will see you later, Avery. You stay safe as well." he nodded and smiled.

Aurelio Menegi: Aurelio didn't seem to mind the extra once-over, smiling a touch at her comment.

"Safe travels, friend." He nodded to Avery as he took the offered seat, eyeing the menu as he mulled his options. "How are you two doing today?"

Avery Frisk: Sometime in the next 5 minutes, when everyone seems distracted, all that's left on the table in their spot is some cash and their untouched (now cold) blueberry waffles. When did Avery leave? Who knows?

Kenzie: She shrugs a bit. "Waffles, chatting, not enough alcohol and illicit drugs or rave music though. Waffle house could use some updating. "She teased.

Micah Bradley: "Oh, I don't know! This place is pretty cool." he chided their new friend. Turning to Aurelio, he nudged with an elbow. "The strawberry banana smoothie is excellent. Also, I'm doing quite well!"

Aurelio Menegi: "The owner might be willing to change the music, at least. Not so sure on the rest, though." He offered with a chuckle, putting in an order for the corned beef hash scramble and a regular waffle along with a coffee with a passing server. "Good to hear."

Kenzie: She laughs softly. "It does seem easier for me to change venues than a venue to change for me. But how else am I going to get my ego fed?" She joked.

Micah Bradley: "By getting outrageous compliments from strangers, perhaps?" he winked.

Aurelio Menegi: Aurelio smirked, looking over the pair but remaining quiet for the moment.

Kenzie: "First things first-- I'm the realist. Second, People are strange when you're a stranger--- people look ugly when you're alone. Finally, because I don't know what comes after two--- No one randomly compliments me. I have to fish, and that takes time, and I hear a lot more beer than they serve here at Maddy's!" She huffs in mock anger. Arms crossed over her chest before she just laughs more, all in good nature.

Micah Bradley: He placed his cutlery down to eye the woman sitting across from him. "But what if I tell you that I see you as beautiful?"

Kenzie: "I'd call you a dirty flirt and try to cleverly change the subject because I don't know how to accept compliments."

Micah Bradley: "Tsk tsk, such a difficult task to stroke your ego then." he smirked back.

Kenzie: "I can't be too easy. Whats the fun in that? No work means boring play. Too much work and you walk away. Its all about that balance."

Micah Bradley: "A poet as well! You are impressing me by the minute, dear Kenzie."

Kenzie: "Oh just you wait until we get onto philosophy." She winked. "I'm told I am wise far beyond my years. Though, I am sure thats because I am a time master and if I wanted I could perpetually be this age."

Micah Bradley: His eyes widened and he could only stare at her for a moment of speechlessness.

Kenzie: "Thats either fear--- or you're imagining being 60 and still being able to see me this age and your perv mind is going nuts for it." She teased more.

Micah Bradley: For the first time ever, Aurelio watches as Micah turns bright red. He was blushing hard and it was clear as day. He coughed in embarrassment and diverted his eyes to his drink so that he could take a couple of slow gulps as an excuse to avoid answering Kenzie.

Kenzie: "That means I win, right?" She eyes Aurelio, proud of herself. She looks back at Micah. "It's ok, its hot." She winks.

Aurelio Menegi: Aurelio's eyebrow quirked upwards at the mention of mastering time, followed by a quiet chuckle as Micah went beet red. "You alright?" He asked the Avowed, a small smile on his face.

"I would say so, yes." He nodded to Kenzie. "I take it you are a magic-user, then?"

Micah Bradley: "Fine... I am fine..." he mumbled before clearing his throat. His entire head was still quite flushed. "Be quite careful, Kenzie. I am a sucker for fear."

Kenzie: She nods to Aurelio. "I am but just a magic user who dances in the wood, casually nude." She eyes Micah more. "A healthy amount of fear is good for you."

Micah Bradley: "Try unhealthy..." came his murmured reply, almost too soft to make out.

Aurelio Menegi: "I wouldn't say just. We are more than what we can do, after all." He glanced at Micah at the mutterings before looking back to Kenzie. "Have you been in the city long?"

Kenzie: She laughs softly. "We should go to a theme park some time. Could be a fun time out."

Micah Bradley: Micah decided it was a good time to calm down, so he concentrated on eating his waffles.

Kenzie: She watches him a bit and shakes her head. "Me? Uh, month or two maybe? I'm a wandering witch of casual nudity and mischief."

Aurelio Menegi: "Sounds like an interesting time." He said with a small smirk, nodding to the server as they brought over his order. "What 'mischief' have you gotten into as of late?"

Micah Bradley: He peeked up at Kenzie, curious to know what this mischief was as well.

Kenzie: "As of late? Ooooh." She ponders it a bit. "I mean, its so frequent I am not sure what even counts anymore. Pranks usually--- uhm, petty theft. I -really- have a thing for those little condiment bowls. I can't help it. Uh, Mild sexual advances. Essentially I am a Sim that broke free from the Sims 4."

Aurelio Menegi: Cue a slight tilt of his head. "Not familiar with the last bit, I'll admit, but it sounds like you're keeping yourself busy." He added with a small smile.

Micah Bradley: Micah found himself staring at Kenzie.

Kenzie: "Damn, missed reference." She looks at him a bit more. "I take it you're an older 60 year old dude who also gets to stay young?" She teased. She looks back at Micah and smirks a bit. Salt to the wound time. "How would our Dynamic even work? You're what, 6'2" 6'4" somewhere in there and I am 5'1". How, explain in heavy, breathy, sensual detail how that would work between the two of us."

Micah Bradley: Well, looks like that red will never fade today for it deepened instead. "Heh... I don't know, you're the expert..." he tried to shoot back at her with a nervous grin.

Kenzie: Her jaw drops open, her shoulders back as she makes herself taller in her seat, hands over her chest as she deeply inhales, mock insulted. Her words very exaggerated "aaaare youuuuu saaaaying that I am some tall guy sluuut?!" Clearly, she is fucking with him, and has taken zero insult.

Micah Bradley: "Are you?" he asked, bemused.

Kenzie: She is back to normal again as she sips some of her OJ. "Only if they're cute." She paused to watch him a bit. "You're pretty cute."

Aurelio Menegi: "A good bit older, but yes." He smirked, an eyebrow quirking up as she continued before he chuckled. "It takes some work but it's doable. My wife was close to your height."

I'll take Things Micah Probably Never Wanted to Hear for 500, Alex...

Micah Bradley: If he had been drinking his smoothie, he would have gagged and choked. But since he wasn't, he could only try to hide his face with his hands and groaning softly.

Kenzie: She laughs happily. "Hmm, damn, not only am I -also- responsible for the height difference but now I have to math out the two of you? This, this is the mild mischief I get into."

Micah Bradley: "Excuse me. I have to visit the men's room." he sighed and got up to walk away.

Aurelio Menegi: "I see." He smirked, patting Micah on the shoulder before he stepped away. "A good pastime to have, I say. Keeps you thinking and shakes things up when you're stuck in a sour mindset."

Kenzie: She nods. "Nothing worse than a sour mindset. It does no good." She looks at him a bit more. "You're not like the others I know. You're a lot more sure of yourself and classy. Though I feel like you're European. Perhaps even--- Italian?"

Aurelio Menegi: "I am indeed. From Venice in particular."

Kenzie: "Can't say I ever tried Italian leather before." She joked more. Too bad Micah still wasn't around.

Aurelio Menegi: "I have not had any complaints thus far." Hr replied with a chuckle. "I am not looking for any additional partners at this time, mind you, but I appreciate the compliment."

Kenzie: She laughs a bit. "To be fair, I'm not looking for any partners. I don't like the attachment. If I die, It needs to be a fucking party. Not a bunch of sad dudes I used to bang crying they don't get to any more." Her phone goes off and she checks it. "Hmmm. Seems I need to head out. It was good meeting you." She leaves money for her food before leaving.

Aurelio Menegi: When Micah emerged from the diner's restroom Aurelio was the only one left at the table, looking over something on his phone as he ate his own meal. Spotting the Avowed he smiled, giving him a nod. "Feeling better?"

Micah Bradley: He blinked at the empty table save for Aurelio. "Uh, yes. I just needed to take a breather, really. Where did Kenzie go?" he asked as he sat back down.

Aurelio Menegi: "She had something come in on her phone and said she had to leave."

Micah Bradley: "Ah. A pity. I wanted to get her number at least." he sighed dramatically.

Aurelio Menegi: "I imagine that can be remedied later." He nodded, smiling quietly. "She hit quite the chord for you, didn't she?"

Micah Bradley: He cleared his throat and grinned shyly. "Um... Kinda... I guess... I mean, you have to admit that a witch comfortable with dishing out fear is very attractive for us who use Glamour."

Aurelio Menegi: "Very true. The magic-users here are potent beings but mostly kind from my experience." He smiled a touch, taking a sip of his coffee. "I think you two got along well."

Micah Bradley: "Think so? Heh. Well, I hope we meet again. She was very funny." he giggled.

Aurelio Menegi: "That she was. Quite the free spirit, by all telling." He nodded with a small smile. "I wager your paths may cross again soon."

Micah Bradley: A faraway dreamy look flashed over his features. "I hope so..." he sighed. Was he falling in love?!

And then he shook it off and grinned sheepishly while picking up his smoothie to finish it.

Aurelio Menegi: "No need to hide your feelings from me. If you follow your heart I will be happy for you."

Micah Bradley: "My apologies... I have never felt this way before. I know of it, of course, but to experience it myself is... Well, it is quite the complicating emotion, isn't it?" he laughed.

Aurelio Menegi: He waved off the apology, watching Micah with a small smile. "It can be, yes. One worth experiencing, though."

Micah Bradley: "Is it? I know it can also be painful."

Aurelio Menegi: "At times. It allows growth, though, and can forge a better path forward."

Micah Bradley: He nodded and screwed up his face as though annoyed with himself. "Of all things to experience here in Philadelphia, love was not at the forefront."

Aurelio Menegi: "Stranger things. I did not expect to find someone to be close to myself, but such is life." He smirked a touch. "I will warn that she mentioned not looking for relationships at the moment, but a fine friendship should come between you two, I would say."

Micah Bradley: "Did she? Aww. That is a pity..." he sighed again. Puppy love is soooo bad!

Aurelio Menegi: "Indeed. Thought it best to mention it before you got your hopes too high." He chuckled, looking Micah over. "Still, getting close as friends is an option."

Micah Bradley: "I do not know if my fragile heart can take just a friendship." he mourned with a hand over his heart.

Aurelio Menegi: "I would bet it is stronger than you think." He offered a reassuring smile. "What else have you been up to in the city since we spoke last?"

Micah Bradley: He chuckled jokingly before growing serious once more. "I found myself a job! I am beginning to settle in. You will be surprised at how well furnished my apartment is now."

Aurelio Menegi: "Ah, 'bene'." He smiled warmly. "I will have to come see it. Where are you working?"

Micah Bradley: "Simple nine to five job for now." he nodded. "Just a lot of boring paperwork. I'm at the County Clerk's office."

Aurelio Menegi: "I see. A good place to start, at least." He nodded quietly. "Are you settling in well overall?"

Micah Bradley: "Yes. This is a large city, perhaps larger than London. I have plenty to do, plenty to explore. And being allowed into the Hollows certainly helps my uh... Tendencies to want to explore the Hedge..."

Aurelio Menegi: "I have heard of such. Glad you are able to find a release on that front."

Micah Bradley: "Thank you... You don't feel that, then?"

Aurelio Menegi: "Not as the Avowed do, no."

Micah Bradley: "... I wondered. I wasn't brave enough to actually ask it. Do you... Well, see it as bad?"

Aurelio Menegi: "Bad, no. Worrisome, at times. If you stay to the Hollows and out of trouble, I see no issue with it."

Micah Bradley: "But... What if the Hollows get boring...?" he mused.

Aurelio Menegi: "Make sure you have someone with you if you venture further, then. For my peace of mind, if anything."

Micah Bradley: "Hah... I don't think anyone would want to come with me."

Aurelio Menegi: Cue a curious arch of the eyebrow. "What makes you say that?"

Micah Bradley: "I get in the way. I attract trouble. At least... That is what I continue to get told..."

Aurelio Menegi: "By whom?" Was that a hint of irritation coming through his usually stony demeanor? Perhaps...

Micah Bradley: He glanced at his GrandUncle curiously. "I admit, not by anyone here... Yet... But by the Changelings of London. I have been told as much since I was but a child. It did not stop me from trying to find ways into the Hedge, but... I default to thinking that way now."

Aurelio Menegi: He gave a slow nod, that irritation clearing as quickly as it came. "I am sorry you had to deal with that elsewhere. If anyone speaks to you that way here, let me know."

Micah Bradley: "You would defend me?" he asked in surprise.

Aurelio Menegi: "Why would I not?" He asked, equally surprised.

Micah Bradley: "I suppose I was just not expecting it. I haven't exactly made a lot of friends here either."

Aurelio Menegi: "You are my blood, and I protect those I care about, as Spear or Verdant." He nodded, watching Micah for a moment. "Who have you come to know here so far?"

Micah Bradley: "Hmm... Avery of course. You know about Saya and Rieko. I have met Arthur, Jack, Roger and Edmund. There is also Vorpal and Sigurd... I don't believe I know anyone else."

Aurelio Menegi: Another small nod. "And were your encounters such that you would not consider them friends, or at least potential ones?"

Micah Bradley: "Potential ones, absolutely. But I think some of them are not too fond of me. I... I don't actually make friends very well, if I am honest. I am easily distracted by the Hedge... Or my obsession to find you..."

Aurelio Menegi: "You may think so, but I would bet that some of that is colored by how you were treated elsewhere. Do not hold yourself in such poor light, it is not warranted here."

"The latter has been resolved, no? And those here are aware of the draw the Hedge has on the Avowed, so I doubt that they would take much issue with it."

Micah Bradley: Micah breathed a sigh of relief and smiled nervously. "Thank you, Uncle... It is a relief to hear as much."

Aurelio Menegi: "Very welcome. It saddens me that you felt so unwanted in London that it diminished your confidence in yourself. Hopefully being here will help to heal that."

Micah Bradley: "Oh, I am confident in myself. Just not too confident among other Changelings. I hope that changes as well."

Aurelio Menegi: "Indeed. You are a bright man, full of passion for what you hold dear. Those here will respect that, I am sure."

Micah Bradley: "That is all I can ask for, really. I want to be useful to my community. I want to be able to say that I made my mark. Does that make sense?"

Aurelio Menegi: There it was again...'useful'. Aurelio frowned a touch but nodded. "It does, yes..."

"I wonder something, though: you have spoken of being 'of use', whether to me or now to the freehold at large. Why do you feel like you must be used?"

Micah Bradley: He blinked at Aurelio, a look of confusion on his face. "Well, if I was not of use, then I am a drain on resources. That's not how I was raised."

Aurelio Menegi: "Perhaps, but you seem to think of yourself as more of a tool to be deployed than a part of the community itself. Am I wrong?"

Micah Bradley: "... Perhaps not... It is... Hard... For me to fit in and feel as if I belong. I suppose trying to make myself useful is my way of attempting to do so?"

Aurelio Menegi: He nodded quietly, mulling that over. "With how you were pushed to the outside elsewhere, that makes sense. That should not be the case here, though, so I hope you feel comfortable enough to be yourself and allow others to welcome you as you are."

Micah Bradley: A glint of hope does indeed enter his expression. "That would be ideal. I will... I will try my best to relax."

Aurelio Menegi: "Good. And if you need a reminder, you know where to find me."

Micah Bradley: "I do! Say, what do you think about taking a stroll through the Hedge together?"

Aurelio Menegi: "I am not opposed. We could go to the workshop, perhaps? Best to have a destination in mind when going there, as I see it."

Micah Bradley: "That sounds good! You can tell me all about your latest project then!" he nodded eagerly.

Aurelio Menegi: "Indeed." He took a moment to polish off his meal, stacking his plates neatly and leaving money for the server on the table. "Shall we?"

Micah Bradley: Micah did the same with his plate and also left money for his meal. "Yes we shall. Lead the way, dear Uncle."
