Born in Baltimore, MD, in 1870, Raphael was a member of the first class at the Johns Hopkins Medical School - by far the most advanced of its day, it introduced antiseptic surgery and the medical residency. This is precisely what got him Taken by the Nightingale right before he would have graduated. He reemerged in Baltimore a few years ago, caught up on medicine as best he could, and patched together a life as a black market doctor and Autumn Courtier. Recently, he has gotten himself hired by the Mütter Museum as a tour guide and moved to Philly.

Mask: A slim young man, more pretty than handsome if not for his handlebar mustache, with short brown hair worn neatly groomed, clear brown eyes, and very pale skin. He has unusually long, slim fingers with perfectly manicured nails. Usually neatly dressed in a vaguely Victorian/Steampunk style - most often simple slacks and button-down shirt with a brocade vest and a cravat. He often carries an old-timey doctor's bag.

Mien and Mantle: He looks like an old tintype photograph of his Mask, except that his fingers end in scalpel blades; his vibe and look is one part Edward Scissorhands except scalpels, one part Aziraphale - except when the second part is Jack the Ripper, instead. His Mantle appears as dry leaves, blown by a cold wind; if you can hear the wind howl, stay well clear. When using magic, sigils appear in dull gold, fading to gray and then away, like old ink.

Fae Mount: for those that happen to see him, Frank is a chimera made of pieces of who-knows-what creatures, patched together a la Frankenstein's monster. When it masks to show up in mundane world, it looks like a beat up sedan, every panel replaced with one of a different color, and a lot of them rusted; the driver's seat is in decent shape, but the rest of the interior is too damaged to comfortably accommodate passengers.
