She's held that position for four years, having earned her stripes representing DuPont in several liability suits related to a harmful product which poisoned one of Pennsylvania's many waterways and poisoned a town west of Harrisburg. Since becoming partner, she's focused her efforts into risk mitigation: advising clients that it's often better not to poison rivers and foster birth defects in the children of entire towns rather than do that and pay her team thousands to help you settle damages in the millions. She's a registered Democrat, but was a vocal supporter of Kendra Brooks's campaign for city council with the Working Families Party. She is married with no children.
