  • Father for the Misfits: A former patrician and well-disciplined soldier, the events leading up to and including his embrace stripped him of all that pretense. He now seeks out others who are finding themselves without help, forced into the cracks of society through no fault of their own, or simply pushing others to accept them as they are.
  • Ride or Die: When not in torpor, the Old Man ranged the area surrounding Philadelphia with like-minded folks, taking care of threats before they even reached the city. Regardless of the role he may fall into within the city's undead tonight, he will still range those same lands and encourage others to join him.
  • Savage Fool: He doesn't seem like the most powerful Acolyte, but he compensates for that by breaking down barriers, challenging people's perceptions of themselves, and generally showing a kind of instinctual knowledge of dealing with problems. This tends to piss off more than a few folks. Those who understand his thinking, or at least tolerate it, earn his respect.
