With the cops paid off, the code inspector sent away, and a lawyer on speed dial, almost any vice or addiction can be filled here. A no camera policy and with many nooks and crannies to hide away in ensure complete privacy for anyone after something special. The booze is cheap, the drugs are mostly clean, the sex workers are treated well, what's not to love about a den of debauchery like this?
