Bloodline Gift

The Norvegi may syphon blood through their skin, and use this power mainly to drain prey by merely touching them. Blood oozes through the skin of mortals and Kindred and into the Knife at the rate of one vitae per turn. This requires a Grapple to be established just like the Feeding move, but doesn't inflict damage otherwise caused by the bite. It does still cause the Kiss, lighting nerve endings ablaze with the passion of a hungry Beast.

Bloodline Bane

There is a reason why the other Kindred despise the Norvegi, their lack of fangs seen as a weakness, the signs of a lesser Beast, and they might be onto something. When Lashing Out the Norvegi lose their 0-again quality, and they may never buy the Cutthroat, Atrocious or Enticing merits.

Devotions

Sanguine Crafts (Vigor ••)

By spending one vitae the Norvegi empowers a pool of blood, causing it to shift and roil as if alive. While the blood is in this state the Norvegi can craft it instantly, giving the red mass whatever form she pleases. She can create an imitation of any simple object with Size no greater than the amount of vitae that blood pool would yield if consumed or her Blood Potency, whichever is lower. Creations are restricted to simple objects with no moving parts or electrical elements. Crafts are weak, with a Durability of 1 regardless of potency, but flow back together when damaged. Finally, direct exposure to fire destroys crafted blood, evaporating it instantly.

Rule of Blood (Vigor ••••)

This disturbing Devotion causes victims to bleed profusely through all their pores, disabling Kindred and causing gruesome injuries in mortals. This power is an obvious manifestation of Kindred might most likely will cause werewolf and vampire targets to frenzy.

 Cost: 2 Vitae, 1 Willpower

Dice Pool: Intelligence + Medicine + Vigor vs. Stamina + Blood Potency

 Action: Instant

 Failure: Nothing happens.

Success: Mortals pass out instantly and non-vampire supernatural creatures suffer the Stunned Condition. Vampires lose one vitae per success achieved by the Norvegi.

Exceptional Success: Blood explodes out of the target’s arteries in a gruesome display. Mortals suffer one aggravated level of damage per success, and other supernatural creatures suffer lethal damage at the same ratio. Vampires lose their ability to spend Vitae for the turn in addition to the vitae loss.

Scarlet Secrets (Auspex ••)

By focusing on a pool of blood the Knife can target the creature who bled it with Uncanny Perception, and if they're capable of using Lay Open The Mind can target the creature with that too. The amount of blood can be minimal, but it reveals secrets just as if it was the person whom it once belonged to, and it doesn’t matter if it has been in the fridge or drying on the wall for years.

This Devotion costs 1 Experience.

Plasmic Horror (Auspex ••, Obfuscate ••)

There is a simulacrum of life in vitae, and the Norvegi can lull it into an aberrant sort of self-awareness. The Knife spills four vitae and wills it to change, giving birth to the Plasmic Horror, a semi-sentient thing imparted with a slice of the Knife's alien Beast. The mishapen glob of thick blood can crawl walls and ceilings, and the Norvegi can see and hear through it provided she concetrates. The unnatural glob of vitae exists for one night, and to notice it a bystander must possess Auspex or a similar ability, just like it was trying to find a vampire hidden by Obfuscate.
