The Tribes of the Delaware Valley Protectorate are centuries old, and so long-standing that they have become their own microcosm communities, each led by a Tribal Elder, and including different internal designations of skill and responsibility.
The five Tribal Elders are the deciding voices on what unified actions the Protectorate might take, and majority rules, which can and has led to some disgruntlement, particularly from the Iron Masters and Bone Shadows.
