Zelda Weiss/Introduction

Overview: A free spirit with a strange kind of luck, and a knack for knowing and getting to know.
History: Born behind the Iron Curtain and witness to its fall, Zelda was a rebel in a place where rebellion often met severe punishment. A knack for mathematics and cryptography got her the inside track into hidden things, leading her to build a pirate radio station from discarded electronics parts. After the Berlin Wall fell, she ended up in Bonn and was embraced there. Whatever she did there made enough money to get her into America, settled in to Trenton until very recently. Now she's come down to Philadelphia and making friends.
Appearance: Zelda's average height, with hair blonde to the edge of white with occasional colored streaks. She dresses comfortably in peak thrift store casual, outfits always to match her easy-going personality.
