Log

Azuma Hiroko:
A quivering mass of white fluff lay curled up in a quiet corner. There was blood stains all over the ram dragon, though where the blood came from remains to be seen. Every once in a while, she lifted her head to lick tenderly at her shoulder, wincing with every movement. It was another bad day for this Changeling.

It wanted to go for a ride. It forced her away from her breakfast because It needed an early flight. And of course, she obeyed. Stomach empty, she took It into the skies. But It wasn't sitting on her back correctly and got bumped around. The rage that ensued was likely heard throughout the realm as fur got torn out of her and then when she landed as gently as she could, her wings were next.

See, it was her fault, It had said. She should've made sure It was ready before she took off. She should've kept It safe as she was supposed to. So she clearly didn't deserve wings. Or It's love. Not today. She can suffer and go hungry for all It cared. She had one job and she fucked it up.

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
A small individual who currently looks like something out of a X-man comic, her body was very reminiscent of a Human tourch figurine, her body locked in plastic, her joints ridged plastic, sat at a small work bench, the bench had plastic tools and toys thrown about everywhere. The person sat there had been working on a new toy for IT, a set of pliers in one hand and the shell of a space ship in the other. Her eyes were always on a swivel. She had learned very quickly to try not to make eye contact, with IT especially during play time.

She quickly scanned her surroundings, making sure IT was preoccupied with someone or thing else. Before quickly setting down her project and grabbed a small bag before walking over to the large mass of fur, trying her best to to draw any unwanted attention. She knelt beside the beast and gently tapped her with a finger.

Her mouth opened but no words came out, she didn't want to draw any more attention than she was risking. She mouthed, "Are you ok? Can I help?"

Azuma Hiroko:
The ram dragon lifted her head slowly and with stiffness to look up at the figurine with her coin-slotted eyes. It was hard to tell that she looked very sad if not for the tears in her eyes that was barely enough to fall. A soft bleat-whine sounded from her, not loud enough to attract attention, but just enough to agree that yes, she needed help. She could barely move from the pain of her wounds. Her tattered wings would've flopped about if she did and she didn't want to do that. She considered maybe just letting herself die, but she's seen what It does to those who give up on life... They just don't... Besides... It needed her... That much was certain...

She placed a front paw, the one that escaped It's fury, on top of the figurine's knee gently.

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
She nods quickly opening the bag grabbing some thread and a needle as well as a bit of plastic to bite on if needed. This was unfortunately not the first time she had helped fix up her fellow toys. She scans over the ram dragon before her. She did as she was taught, but whoever that was she was struggling to recall. She went over the instructions in her mind, 'First the outside of the animal, Examine the head then down the rest of the body. Then feel any interior injuries. But that is not realistic in the moment.' She thought to herself, she quickly went to work.

She threaded the needle and began to process of stitching whatever she could. Her fingers nimbly guiding the needle. During her sewing every couple of seconds she would glance up to make sure she was ok before continuing.

Azuma Hiroko:
This situation wasn't new to her patient either. Between the wounds she would acquire in her past life and the ones caused by It, she has had to tolerate many different attempts at being patched up. She laid her head back on the ground and quietly let her do her work. With every touch of her fingers or every poke of the sewing needle, she flinched from the stinging pain. She had to force herself to take in deep ragged breaths, gritting her sharp fangs within her draconic maw to resist the urge to jump up and away from the blasted needle. Her tail quivered, tucked tightly between her hind legs as she endured.

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
She looked over the old scars on her fluffy patient sadly, her fingers traced over a few of them. She noticed her patients body language, very much like a injured tigess she once watched. She paused her stitched and she grabbed a piece of rubber and placed it infront of her patient. She mouthed. "Sorry....if you need to, bite this."

She then went back to continuing. She began to start on the wings, she positioned her body so it would be hard for the wings to move lots but micro adjustments could be made. She kept a look out, as she worked at both her patient and for IT.

Azuma Hiroko:
She glanced at the rubber, but decided to ignore it, preferring instead to rough it out. Her beastial instincts was far too proud. It was tough enough to ask for help, let alone to need something to chew on. Touching her wings brought out a soft snarl. Immediately guilty of that reaction, the ram dragon quieted herself with her uninjured paw by putting said paw over her snout. She squeezed her eyes shut as if that might block out the pain. Her shoulders trembled with the effort of holding still for the Human Torch to fix her.

Why did she fuck up? Why did she have to bring this upon herself? Well, she knew why, It had kicked her sides hard in It's excitement to go flying... But no, that was not It's fault. It was hers and hers alone. She should've been more aware, been more composed... She scolded herself internally in an attempt to distract herself from the physical pain. If the mental one was stronger, then she wouldn't feel the physical one.

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
She rolled her eyes at the rejection of the gag, but whatever if her patient wants it harder thats on them not her. Hearing the snarl, she stopped, looking over her shoulder, then at her patient. She pokes at the piece of rubber as she for the first time speaks, her voice a low whisper. "Look, I know your scared and hurt, just bite on it. It will help. Why do you think we try to give IT things to bite on when having a tantrum."

she then goes back to sewing, ha hand gently petting her, carefully avoiding the new and old wounds.

Azuma Hiroko:
With a soft grumble, she reached over with slow stiffness to grab the piece of rubber into her maw. Immediately, she was chewing on it, almost with a vengeance... That rubber isn't going to last very long with her draconic fangs... Otherwise, she kept as still and quiet as she could.

It wasn't long before all wounds were tended to and the rubber gag in shreds...

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
She snips the piece of thread and puts everything back in her bag, putting the used needle in a different pouch. She looks around before turning back to her patient.

"I go by Lamp how about you? You go by anything? Are you feeling better?" She whispers, her sentence quick and kinda merging into one.

Azuma Hiroko:
She lifted her head to look up at Lamp, blinking blearily before gently headbutting into the figurine as a gesture of thanks. She still hurt of course, but at least things will heal correctly now and she won't be completely disfigured.

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
She looks at her curiously startled by the head butt, she looks at her now healing patient. She pats them on the head gently carefully avoiding any scars. Again her voice quick and hushed. "Can You Talk?"

Azuma Hiroko:
She deflated, her ears drooping down, her body sinking into the ground and her head hanging as though she had done something wrong. Then her head did a weird wobble to the left and right, repeated twice more. She bleated softly and gave a huge sigh before laying her head down on the ground in defeat.

Hannah "Lamp" Candles:
She watches as her ears drooped and her overall body language, reminding her of a dog that got caught eating something they shouldn't of. "Shhh I-Its ok. I need to go back to what i was doing before i get in trouble, but I'll be back to check on you." She patted her head again, giving a slow blink to her before she quickly moved back to her station.

Azuma Hiroko:
The ram dragon gave another sigh but otherwise didn't move.
