Obviously Asian, Hiroko is a young Japanese woman, standing at 5'1" and looking very petite and unassuming. But the similarities to most other Asians end there, as her hair is a silvery blonde and looks extremely soft, with natural waves that give it thick volume.
She tends to look sad and faraway, as though her mind isn't entirely present. Her demeanor when spoken to is gentle and giving, her voice soft spoken and very polite/formal. She gives off a soft and huggable vibe like a fluffy plushie. Many find her to be a very good listener, as she appears to enjoy simply existing and being there for others.
Her Japanese accent is strong enough to identify and she does have difficulty pronouncing certain words the correct way. Her English however, seems fluent and understandable.

But whatever you'd like to call it, this little lamb often seems lost in almost every definition of the word. There is more than meets the eye for this Changeling. There is sharp intelligence behind those sad looking eyes. She seems honest and she seems trustworthy... To Changelings, Hiroko has an even softer and gentler vibe about her. Her hair looks fluffy and even more silvery. Her eyes are multi-colored and almost seemed like coin slots? Kinda? She reminds of a sheep, strangely enough. With poofy ears and curled horns on her head, she could have just crouched down in a herd of sheep and disappear.
MANTLE The slight scent of soothing hot chocolate and an aura of muted quiet in a snowy Winter gives an imagery of comfort and companionship.
