Appearance:
- Stats: 5'8, Hazel Eyes, Black Hair, 147lbs, Curvy Build.
- Description: A young woman in her late 20's or possibly early 30s, with a slightly raspy voice from far too much screaming. A few well thought out tattoos, lots of jewelry, and a massive mop of black hair. Usually found in second hand clothing, favoring jeans, vegan leather, and black on black on black layers. Often sporting day old heavy make up and chipped nails.
Personality: Laid back and happy to mingle, though this girl is not scared of speaking her mind and standing up against assholes. She here for a good healthy argument, so long as everyone goes home better for it. Generous and funny, a bit of a nerd when it comes to how lazy she truly is.

- - Born and raised in New York. Came to Philly about a year ago and her bar Vinyl Tap opened January 1st.
- - Had a small band called Misgivings back in New York but it fell apart after 4 years.

The owner of the record shop and bar, Vic shares her love of music through community and sales. Specializing in rare discontinued tracks. The bar itself is 21 and over, but the record shop is open daily to all ages, Minors are allowed in the bar if they agree to a stamp on their forehead with the words NOPE in outlined red ink.
- 7 days a week, the record shop is open from 10:AM - 11:PM, the bar from 11:AM - 2:AM
- Staff Include: Melanie (Record Shop, a quiet heavy set young girl with a portable mini keyboard), Pete (Bartender who's really into whiskey), Juan (aka Disney, Kitchen Cook extraordinaire who whistles Disney Tunes).
- The bar serves bar food: Fries, Mini Pizza, Killer Sandwiches.
- The patrons of the bar will notice that all items in the bar and on the menu are strictly vegan.
H O O K S
- D O G S - Around her at nearly all times are her two gigantic Great Danes, Cohen (brown) and Bowie (black/white). They're overly friendly towards everyone and make the worst attack dogs unless Vic gives an order to be protective. They're very well trained otherwise.
- M I S G I V I N G S - Vic was the lead singer and guitar player for the New York based band Misgivings. The band for those that knew of it was formed from a group of high school friends and fell apart after everyone got older and went their own way. She did a solo EP, self produced but it never picked up.
