Log

Guy Dagenham: Guy roars up on his bike, pulling into the end of the alley where Petra told him to wait for her. He sits on the motorcycle, leaning on the handlebars as he sits quietly, simply letting time pass.

Petra Fichette: Petra had dragged Rhapsody out tonight at a small club that hosted live acoustic music and had decent drinks, and dragged Guy into the invitation as well. It was good to get out and away from the tense atmosphere of the freehold these days, and a little quiet and music was exactly what the Healer had ordered. She broke into a smile at the sound of the bike before she even saw Guy, and flagged him down where she'd been saving him a parking spot near the club. "Guy!" she called. "I brought a friend tonight. Hope you don't mind."

Rhapsody: Rhapsody waves at Guy, grinning at the bike as it pulls up. "Hello!" she says, once he can hear her. "You can call me Rhapsody, your bike looks -awesome-. How fast does it go?"

Guy Dagenham: “Fast,” he says as he kills the engine and pulls off his helmet. His bike is massive and looks like it could run small cars off the road. His face is blank except for a twitch in his lips that could be a smile. “It would faster if I didn’t ask for it to be beefed up. Good to meet you, Rhapsody.” He pulls Petra close and gives her a quick kiss. “What kind of music is this again?”

Petra Fichette: "Jazz? I think?" She shrugged and returned the kiss, squeezing him with a tight hug. He towered over her incredibly short 4'5" figure. "Honestly, I didn't pay all that much attention beyond the fact it was live, acoustic so I don't know who it is. I just needed to get out and figured Rhapsody did too!"

Rhapsody: "Yes, getting out is good." She's still looking at the bike, then she looks between Guy and Petra. "Are you two like, a thing? Also, guy, do you give rides on the bike? Not right -NOW- obviously because we're about to go do a thing but I've never ridden a beefed up motorcycle and i would very much enjoy the chance to." She looks at the bike one last time, then glances towards the entrance and starts that way.

Guy Dagenham: “We’re dating, yeah,” he says with a look to Petra. She knows it’s an affectionate one, to most people it probably looks like a lion eyeing food. “If you like, I could give you a ride some time, I suppose, Rhapsody.” He takes Petra’s hand and follows towards the venue.

Jeremiah Hamilton: Among the crowd already inside the club was one gentleman that stood out for a number of reasons: well dressed, the full sleeve of tattoos on his left arm visible thanks to the rolled-up sleeves of his dres shirt, the force of presence that radiated off of him mingled with the Byronic air that imbued his features. For the moment he was standing by the bar, a pale green cocktail in hand as he looked over those gathered.

Petra Fichette: Petra grinned happily and looped an arm around both of them before heading in with them. "You guys want anything to drink?" she asked, eyeing the bar speculatively and taking a moment to glance over those present- her eyes lingering on the pretty green color of the drink.

Rhapsody: "Yes! Yes yes yes, I want a ride." She says before getting the door for the threesome and heading inside, at Petra's question she grins. "Just something fruity works for me." The aura of the man at the bar washes over her and she frowns, moving slightly behind Petra for a step or two before moving up next to her and looking around a bit, trying to suss out the source.

Guy Dagenham: Guy doesn’t stare, but he pretty quickly susses out which man has the odd air about him. Then again, he has one too, the biker outfit and mien of violence don’t exactly fit in with the casual crowd at the club. “I wanna try something fruity too,” he says to Petra.

Petra Fichette: "One for each of us then!" Petra laughed, and went straight for the mage with the green drink. She flashed him brilliant smile. "Excuse me, what are you drinking?" she asked. "It looks good."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "It's called a Last Word. Green chartreuse, gin, maraschino liqueur and lime juice. Little more on the herbal side from the chartreuse but I like it." Jeremiah replied with a smile. "Was big during Prohibition in Detroit but only got rediscovered recently."

Guy Dagenham: “Ah, an old drink then,” he comments as he follows Petra. “Sounds nice.” He leans against the bar casually and watches her. “Prohibition drinks are usually interesting.”

Petra Fichette: "Sounds great, thanks." She waved to a bartender, then scowled when she was completely overlooked. "Guy, could you call upon your magical powers of height please? Is it something that's regularly on the menu here? I'm Petra, by the way. Nice to meet you. This is Guy and our friend who'll be back soon is Rhapsody."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Usually, yeah. As I recall the chartreuse was used to cover the...variable quality of the gin used at the time." He added with a small smirk, giving Petra a nod. "I had to ask, but they ended up having everything on hand for it. Good to meet you both. Friends call me Jay."

Guy Dagenham: He waves down a bartender, and orders three of the Last Words. His height seems to work wonders, as the bartender hurries away. “Good to meet you. It’s a nice night out, isn’t it?”

Petra Fichette: "Serves them right for overlooking me," Petra said darkly. So she could be petty sometimes. Petra leaned against Guy, bouncing up onto her tiptoes occasionally to (unsuccessfully) try and peek over the crowd.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Rather rude of them indeed." Jeremiah nodded in agreement to Petra, smiling a touch as he looked over the pair. "That it is. Always up for a good jazz trio as well, so win win all around."

Guy Dagenham: He absently pets Petra’s hair, listening to the conversation. “I’ve been recently listening to jazz, do you know the band at all?”

Petra Fichette: "I'm not a musical connoisseur," Petra admitted. "But I know what I like- like this! And I prefer to dance to this than the dun-dun-dun-dun repetitive stuff."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "I don't, which is part of why I came. I work with local musicians pretty regularly, and I'm always looking for new talent, or at least new-to-me." He took a sip of his drink, lifting it to Petra in a small salute. "Here here. I'll listen to just about anything, but never been much for dancing to most club music."

Guy Dagenham: “Doesn’t agree with me either,” he says with a smile to Petra. “But this is nice.” The drinks arrive, and he hands Petra hers and holds the other two for safety, sipping at his.

Petra Fichette: "Thanks, sweetheart," she murmured, and took a sip of the drink. "Interesting. I like the lime in there. No exactly an appletini but really good."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Glad you like it. Came across it at a speakeasy-style place in Los Angeles a while back and took a liking to it."

Petra Fichette: "Thematic for here too- at least tonight," Petra said with a laugh, and slipped her free arm around Guy. "Are you here with anyone tonight?" she asked Jeremiah.

Rhapsody: Rhapsody FINALLY makes her way back to the others, sitting down at the table with a sigh. "Made it!" she announces.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "No, just me tonight. Enjoying the current company, though."

"Welcome back." He said to Rhapsody with a smile, and oh what a charming thing it was. "Jay, by the way."

Guy Dagenham: He sips more of the drink, pondering over the flavor. “I like it...” When Rhapsody reappears, he hands her her drink.

Petra Fichette: Petra gave Rhapsody a little hug. "Guy kept your drink safe from weirdos," she promised.

Rhapsody: "Drink defender AND he has a sweet ride, props to you." She says with a grin and a light punch to Petra's arm, then she glances over at Jeremiah. "You can call me Rhapsody, nice to meet you Jay." She smiles brightly back at him and then gets to sipping her drink.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Pleasure, and love the name. You do anything with music?"

Guy Dagenham: He chuckles and starts petting Petra’s hair again, eyes scanning the crowd idly. “I know to take care of certain things.”

Petra Fichette: She blushed and grinned, bouncing in place. "Yeah, I won the lottery with you," she murmured to Guy, then tossed back the rest of her drink and set the glass on the bar. "Let's dance!"

Rhapsody: "Oh, I'll be out in a minute, I'm a few drinks behind I think." She grins at Petra and glances at Jeremiah. "Maybe? Hopefully? I'm an alright singer. I"m trying to get some gigs and get better and stuff but, I don't know, we'll see how it works out I guess."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "I'd be willing to help with both, actually. I own a place in Spring Gardens that showcases local performers and offer lessons besides." He smiled a touch, looking at her over the rim of his glass as he took a sip of his drink. "If you'd be interested, that is."

Guy Dagenham: He gives a good-natured groan and knocks back his drink, then follows Petra onto the dance floor.

Petra Fichette: Petra laughed at Guy's groan and then winked at Rhapsody. "She's an amazing singer, don't let her sell herself short!" she called to Jay before spinning out onto the dance floor.

Rhapsody: Rhapsody laughs a bit at Petra then looks over at Jeremiah. "Are you a musician yourself or are you one of those producers like the guy that made Rebecca Black and boy bands happen, because if you're the second one I probably will have to pass but if you're the first ... that's weird, I suppose, to have you try out for me, isn't it?" She wrinkles her nose with a grin and takes a pull from her drink.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Noted!" He called out to Petra as she headed off, looking back to Rhapsody with a grin. "Definitely not the second. Been playing in some form or fashion since I was a kid. Never got big with it, but I do my best to help others reach their full potential."

"I could, but this isn't quite the best place for it. Can give you my card before we part ways tongiht and set up a time for you to come by the studio, maybe?"

Rhapsody: "Sounds good. I'll bring my guitar too." She grins and glances at the pair. "Have you known them wrong or did we all just.. run into each other tonight?"

Guy Dagenham: Guy isn’t good, but he’s getting better at dancing, moving more easily with the music and Petra.

Petra Fichette: Petra isn't a great dancer either, but she has fun- even when the height difference between her and everyone else, including Guy, was a little preposterous.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Happy bit of kismet, it seems." He took a moment to go into his pocket and pull out a slim card case, popping it open to pull out a business card with The Green Room emblazoned across the top in a dark green text, along with the cafe's address and a phone number. "Number on the back is my personal cell; best way to get a hold of me usually."

Rhapsody: She nods and takes the card, sliding it into her Jeans pocket. "I'm looking forward to checking it out. Do you do anything else or is the cafe and the music your full time gig?"

Guy Dagenham: As the song ends Guy guides Petra through a little spin. “Another, or another drink?”

Petra Fichette: "Let's go back to Rhapsody and get another drink." She grinned a little. "I just wanted a dance, not to abandon her with some rando."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "That's pretty much it for 'work', yeah." He replied with a smirk, putting the card case back into his pocket. "I perform for fun now and again here and there in town, though."

Rhapsody: She nods and grins. "Doesn't sound half bad, I don't suppose you also need unreliable waitresses, do you?" She grins at him and finishes off her drink.

Guy Dagenham: “They seem to be doing fine,” he says quietly, “But yeah, let’s head back.” He smiles and takes Petra’s hand to lead the way back.

Petra Fichette: She squeezed his hand and gave Jay and Rhapsody a smile. "Is everything ok?"

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Maybe, if you need the work." He chuckled, taking a moment to polish off his own drink before looking towards the approaching couple. "So far so good. Enjoy yourselves out there?

Rhapsody: "One problem." She says, meeting Petra's gaze and sucking down the rest of her drink. "I'm empty!" she says with a grin. "Other than that, Jay here seems like a decent guy, might even help me get some gigs."

Petra Fichette: She smirked. "Ok ok! We'll do another round. Pick a different fruity drink than lime though."

Guy Dagenham: “We did,” he says with a nod. “And yes, another round sounds great. Maybe...peach?”

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Why thank you. You've been very pleasant company yourself." He smiled at the compliment, then nodded at the talk of the next round. "Sounds good to me."

Rhapsody: "Peach sounds good, or something berries, straw or ras or blue or cherryberry." She grins at Petra. "I'm easy when it comes to drinking. Does anyone have any plans to do anything fun this week?"

Petra Fichette: "Peach," she agreed. "Anyone know any obscure drinks that are peach flavored? This weekend I'm planning on scrubbing down the bathroom. Maybe cleaning my closet out."

Guy Dagenham: Guy gently pats the top of Petra’s head. “Obscure? Sorry, I don’t know many cocktails.”

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Sex on the Beach is the standard, but I personally like a peach cobbler. Peach vodka, cream and hazelnut liquor. Might be able to do it with schnapps instead, though..." He spared the lines of bottles behind the bar a glance to see if they had the vodka in question, then looked back to the trio with a smirk. "Nothing on my mind but my hat as it were."

Rhapsody: "That all sounds tasty, whatever you wanna try I'm game for." She says to Petra with a grin.

Petra Fichette: "Not my favorite drink," Petra said with utmost seriousness. "It's course, rough, and irritating. And gets everywhere."

Guy Dagenham: “Yeah, more fun as a drink, I’d imagine, than it is in real life,” he adds, also completely deadpan.

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah let out a snort of laughter at the unexpected quote, shaking his head with a grin. "As you say, Master Anakin. And I could comment on the comfort level, but we have just met."

Rhapsody: "I've never tried sex on the beach, but I recently did some reflection on my life and decided I'd try anything once." She grins and pokes at this ice in her glass.

Petra Fichette: " Who" she asked innocently. "Anyways, it's been my policy to try stuff I don't like at least three times. I mean the first time I had escargot there was shock that I was actually eating snail. Next piece it was all 'ooooh, I'm not sure if I actually like this chewy texture? Only on the third time was I actually sure I liked it."

Guy Dagenham: “Three times, huh?” He says with a chuckle, petting Petra’s hair.

Petra Fichette: "Well yeah! You have to give eating things a chance. Have you tried eating snails lately? They're weird!" She beamed. Innocent? Oblivious? Jerking everyone's chain?

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah smirked, giving Petra a "mmhmm..." sort of look before nodding. "Not a bad way to go about it. One can't expand their horizons without trying new things, after all."

Rhapsody: "And one can't try new things without ordering." She announces, flagging down a server!

Guy Dagenham: He pokes Petra’s cheek. “Yeah, I want to try one of these sandy coitus drinks,” he says with a nod to Rhapsody and a little smile. “I am also a supporter of trying new things, it’s what makes you feel alive.”

Petra Fichette: Petra groaned. "Fiiiine we'll get a round of sex on the beach. But we're doing appletinis afterwards."

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah nodded with a chuckle, making sure the drinks got put onto his tab when the bartender came by to take the order. "Agreed. Keeping an open mind to new experiences also helps; never know what you might miss if you stick with what you know."

Rhapsody: "What's the last new thing you did Jay? And i don't mean like drinks. I mean like.. something -exciting-? I'll go first, it's only fair, I've signed up for a ride on Guy's Motorcycle, I'm gonna try and get him to jump some cars or something, but he doesn't know that yet." She winks conspiratorially at Jay.

Guy Dagenham: He grins down at Petra, and then looks to Jay for his answer.

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah had to actually think about the question, the gears spinning as he rested against the bar. He smirked as something came to mind, although wording it properly would take a little doing... "Watching a friend of mine go tightrope walking for the first time. She was a little shaky in spots but she made it through alright in the end."

Petra Fichette: Petra snorted a laugh at Rhapsody. "Tightrope walking sounds fun. I guess it depends on how high it is though. Like, across the street roof to roof. would be dangerous. Who'd want to do that for real?"

Mary Toombs: Making her way in and wearing her favourite blue dress, Mary beamed as she picked Jay out and headed over towards him, slipping through clubgoers until she reached him and the two he was with, waving and tossing her cadremate a wide smile. "Heys to you. Look like you're having a good time. How was the jazz act?"

Rhapsody: "Are you the tightrope walker?" She asks Mary "That would be kinda creepy but kinda cool and also kind of weird." She waves her fingers at the other woman in greeting as she asks the question.

Guy Dagenham: He chuckles. “Running around rooftops is so much fun, though. And stranger things have happened.” He nods to the newcomer, his expression both intense and neutral, somehow.

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah looked up at the greeting, smiling warmly in kind. "Hey. Very good, and found some lovely company besides." He motioned to the trio as he went though the names. "Mary, this is Petra, Guy and Rhapsody. And no, that was another friend of ours."

Petra Fichette: Petra yawned, then blushed. "Shit, sorry, didn't mean to yawn in your face. Hi." Petra was looking a wee bit tipsy. The tinybirb was clearly a lightweight.

Mary Toombs: "That would be cool." She smiles at Rhapsody, lightly hugging Jay from behind before taking a seat. "As Jay says I'm not I'm afraid. Though it does sound like it'd be fun to try sometime." Getting comfortable she toes off her shoes. "You run around rooftops?" A beam at Guy and Petra. "Now that's cool." The tinybirb is given a warm smile herself. "It's pretty late. Hi."

Rhapsody: "Did you walk the rope too then Jay? Was there a net underneath it?" Once her drink gets delivered she'll start sipping it as she talks.

Guy Dagenham: He hands Petra her drink, and sips his own. “Mmm, this is good. I hang around rooftops occasionally,” he says with a flicker of a grin. “Good places to look at the stars.”

Petra Fichette: She stared at the new drink and then sighed. "Damnit, Guy! I'm not going to make it home on your motorcycle if I drink this. Maybe I should get a cab."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "I didn't that particular run, no, and there wasn't." He smirked a touch before claiming his drink from the bartender. "Hence why it was a little hairy for a bit there."

Guy Dagenham: “Now, it’s ok. I’ll drink it. Or if you’d like a sex on the beach?” he asks Mary.

Mary Toombs: She slowly turns a gaze to Jay, a slow grin forming. "I'm now mixing the idea of a tightrope walk and rooftops. Make me stop before it gets out of hand?" A nod to Guy. "Lyng back and just watching the skies sounds like good times." She smiles. "If you two don't mind, I wouldn't say no."

Rhapsody: "I can drink it. Party party." She says grinning around her straw as she drinks her own drink. "Or you can give it to Mary, she needs to catch up anyways." She nods seriously

Petra Fichette: "Don't walk off a roof unless you can fly," Petra declared, sipping at her SotB. "Ok, I guess this is alright. I do like peaches. Still not beaches though."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Definitely not a good idea." Jeremiah smirked, giving Mary a "don't you dare" sort of look when he saw that smile form. "Always down for a bit of stargazing, though."

Mary Toombs: "I'll grab my own." She promises. "Don't worry, I'll catch up." Something in Petra's comments makes her lips curl in amusement and she simply winks at Jay in response to his look.

Rhapsody: Rhap offers Mary a fist to bump, then grins at Petra. "It -is- good isn't it." Then she looks at the group at large. "I've never been on a rooftop either. I need to fix that."

Guy Dagenham: “Really? Never? Huh. You should fix that,” he says with a sage nod.

Petra Fichette: "I've got one of those!" She declared brightly, words starting to slur. "On top of my house. It's nice."

Mary Toombs: "So should I.." Mary muses. "It does sound tempting.."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "I have, although not lately." Cue a long sip of the fruity drink in his hand. "Might be worth fixing that later..."

Petra Fichette: Petra got impatient sipping at the drink and finished it in a gulp. She coughed, snorted, and then rubbed vigorously at her nose. "Ugch. Ok. Appletini round is on me but then I'm finished." Petra drinking an appletini on top of the rest was not a good idea.

Guy Dagenham: “Schatzi, why don’t we head home, you still have to ride, and you need some water before bed.”

Mary Toombs: Returning Rhapsody's first bump with an apologetic look, Mary nodded slightly at the group. "Stargazing planning does sound like a good idea.. Totally."

Rhapsody: "As long as it's on a roof, I need to find a roof." She nods seriously and takes a sip. "Why do you think more drinks aren't named after sex in places?"

Petra Fichette: "I'd rather fly," she whispered at full volume. "Rhapsody, are you going to come see my roof too, or stick around with this hottie and see his roof? Because his roof is probably more fun than mine would be."

Guy Dagenham: He pokes Petra’s cheek. “Don’t be pushy, love.”

Mary Toombs: "I don't know. But, would sex on the beach really be that much fun? Sand's pretty rough." She grins, sipping the namesake cocktail she grabbed for herself." Petra gets a curious look at the flying mention, but she moves onto something much more important. "You think Jay's a hottie, do you?" She asks Rhapsody, grin growing.

Rhapsody: "Ummmm" She squints at Petra a bit. "Am I only allowed to see one roof? I wanna see a few I think. Are you inviting me back to your place right now?" She looks at Mary, then looks Jay over, then back at Mary. "Maaaaybe, I didn't say that, she did, I haven't taken a position yet."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Beats me." Jeremiah replied with a chuckle, lifting his glass to Rhapsody. "There are some interestingly named ones out there, though."

Petra's comment earned a small smirk that only grew with Mary's egging on. He remained quiet otherwise, though, curious to see how this played out.

Petra Fichette: She grinned up at Guy. "Me?" She gave him a nudge. "I'm not pushy, am I?" Petra moved to give Rhapsody a hug. "I think I need to go home, but you can come sunbathe on the roof with me tomorrow. You want to go leave with us, or stay?"

Rhapsody: "I don't think we can all fit on the bike. I have your number now though so I'll text you or something, I'll just get a cab in a bit."

Mary Toombs: A quiet laugh and a nod at Rhapsody as she sips her drink again. "These things need reflecting on." She notes solemnly. "But you two enjoy the roof." To Guy and Petra. "You've put some fun ideas in my head, so thanks."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Was good meeting you both." Jeremiah nodded to Guy and Petra with a warm smile. "Have a good night."

Guy Dagenham: “Have a good night.” He nods to everyone, and takes Petra’s hand.

Petra Fichette: "Text me!" She sang out to Rhapsody, then snortgiggled. "Guy, I bet I can race you home."

Rhapsody: "You know it!" She waves at the couple with a smile.

Mary Toombs: "Good night both!" Another curious look at Petra. "Would need to be pretty quick to beat a motorbike." She waves though, smiling widely.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Indeed..." Jeremiah replied with a curious note in his voice, taking another sip of his drink before looking back to Rhapsody. "And then there were three..."

Rhapsody: "Yeah, Looks that way, Mary do you have any exciting plans for this week?"

Mary Toombs: A slow grin and she leans lightly against Jay, nodding. "You seem a fun sort." She notes to Rhap. "How's you enjoying the night so far?"

Rhapsody: "I definitely -try- to be the fun sort, and tonight's going great for me, how 'bout you?"

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah smiled as Mary leaned into him, looping an arm around her shoulders for a quick hug. "Definitely enjoyed the evening so far myself."

Mary Toombs: "So, ah." A slightly sleepy, tipsy Mary looks for words. "Tell us about yourself? Though you might have told Jay here already. He got lured in by the jazz." She grins at Jay, hugging him back. "And I'm having a good one. Feel all nice and settled right now."

Rhapsody: "You know I just asked if you had anything excited planned this week!" she grins at Mary and takes a sip of her drink. "Something about me, well Jay knows I wanna be a musician, but I'm not yet, not really, I might be, I don't know. I guess I struggle with that some, what to do with myself, you know? Have you ever had to sit down and wonder what to do with yourself and how to do it?" She looks between them, a slurping sound coming from her glass. She looks down with a frown, then shoves her straw under the ice and sips quietly again with a contented smile. After a moment she pulls out her phone, tap tapping a bit while they talk.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "If you make music, you're a musician. Simple as that." The Warlock gave a solid nod, smirking at the question that followed. Oh, if only she knew... "I have, yeah. I've hit a few forks in the road over the years and had to make a call on which path to take."

Mary Toombs: "You are if you want to be." She nods in agreement. "Music is about creating, about expressing yourself. No one else gets to tell you if that's you or not." Mary smiles softly, humming. "A good many times for me too. Sometimes you're not sure of what path is best. Though if you ask me, no option is good or bad. It's just what fits for you best, in the end. Do you feel there's anywhere you want to be?"

Rhapsody: "Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii dunno." She says, shrugging her shoulders. "I guess I'm looking for places to be, where's your favorite places in Philly? I just got here, came up from New York." She explains, sipping her drink again.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Fairmont Park is nice to get out and walk around in. Few other spots as well that are good for people watching."

Mary Toombs: "For sure." She nods keenly. "I take classes there. Ah, Tai Chi and Yoga." She explains for Rhap's benefit. "Outside feels a lot better for me, more peaceful. Plus, ah." A faint blush. "I don't exactly have a workplace I can use."

Rhapsody: "Why don't you have a workplace ? What do you do and why does it make you bluuuuuush?"

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Yes, do tell..." Needle needle the cadremate...

Mary Toombs: "I teach Tai Chi." She explains to Rhap. "And, I just don't have the money for one." A light grin. "And I'm just a little embarrassed I don't have a workplace, but, I wouldn't even want one if I could." She eyes Jay. It's like that is it? "And you know all this, hottie." A wink.

Rhapsody: "I thought that was just an old people thing." She wrinkles her nose a bit. "Ive been to the park, it's great. I have some more exploring to do there. Anything else you two would recommend?"

Jeremiah Hamilton: "True, but she doesn't." He tilted his head towards Rhapsody with a small smirk. "The Magic Gardens are worth a visit, in my opinion. Lot of folk art and other exhibits and whatnot."

Mary Toombs: "Walk the trails there too." Mary adds, nodding keenly. "Lots of wildlife and it's a great spot for a ramble. As for Tai Chi, I like it for the relaxation it offers. It's good for centring and getting in touch with yourself." A quiet smile.

Rhapsody: "How much do your lesons cost?"

Mary Toombs: "Not a whole lot. I tend to just stick to donations for the most part. Would you like to join one?"

Rhapsody: "I think I know why you can't afford a studio." She grins and winks at Mary. "Sure, I just need to get like, some yoga pants and a new sports bra, I might not be able to donate much but if we're both cool with that, I'll try it."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Definitely worth it. I'll get in on a session now and again, it's a good way to relax."

Mary Toombs: "In the end, I'm happy without." She admits to Rhap, winking back. "And you're more then welcome to come along! Everyone is." A sly look at Jay. Needle needle. "If you're both gonna be at the same one, want me t let you know so you can turn up shirtless?" She asks her cadremate.

Rhapsody: "Yeah, I'll check it out either way, do you run 'em on a schedule or just when you feel like it?"

Jeremiah Hamilton: Jeremiah let out a little snort of laughter, lightly elbowing Mary. "Using me to entice new recruits, huh? I see how it is..."

Mary Toombs: "I use what I have to hand." She smirks at Jay, nudging him back. "And, happy to give me your number Rhapsody? I'll send you the link for the calender I use."

Rhapsody: She pulls out her phone and nods. "Yeah, hit me with those sweet old lady work out digits." She grins at Mary

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Happy to help for the cause." He chuckled, letting the number swap happen without further comment.

Mary Toombs: A quiet laugh from Mary as numbers are swapped and the link is sent over. "You might enjoy those old lady workouts. Only one way to find out."

Rhapsody: "I'm not knocking it, I just thought it was funny." She grins and then blinks, looking at the ceiling for a moment. "I think I need to get going before I order more to drink, it was nice meeting both of you."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "It was good meeting you as well." Jeremiah replied with a smile. "Do give me a call about the music stuff, yeah?"

Rhapsody: "Yeah, I'm gonna sneak into your cafe and check it all out incognito and we'll go from there." She grins and winks at him. "But you'll definitely be getting a call."

Mary Toombs: Mary grins, then nods at Rhapsody. "Was really good to meet you too. You're gonna be okay getting home?"

Jeremiah Hamilton: He chuckled, giving a nod. "Look forward to it."

Rhapsody: "Yeah, I got a number for a good cab." She hops up, giving the pair a thumbs up. "See you two later." She says, smiling, before she heads out the door.

Mary Toombs: "I like her." Mary turns to Jay, offering a wide smile.

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Yeah, me too. Curious to see what kind of music she's got in her heart" He replied with a small smile, resting against his cadre mate. "Suppose I'll see when she calls."

Mary Toombs: She rests an arm around Jay, nodding. "If she wants to explore music and spending time with it, she's damned lucky to have come across you. And I hope she enjoys the Tai Chi too."

Jeremiah Hamilton: "Mmhmm." He nodded quietly, sparing the mostly empty glass in his hand a brief glance before looking back to Mary with a faint smile. "Mind giving me a lift home? 've had enough that I shouldn't be driving. Can come back and get my car in the morning."

Mary Toombs: "That I can." She smiles softly, standing and offering a hand. "Let's get back and pass out. Night's pretty damned mature."
