The Right Honorable, Alder Dame Knight, Juliet Anne Morrigan, The Marquise of Cardiff and Matriarch of the Morrigan family, stands above average height for most women at five feet eight inches, her skin is so soft it almost looks silken, her hair is tinted pink and always done immaculately just like her finger nails and her eyes are a lovely green that one could get lost in for hours on end. Creating a Dynasty

Juliet Anne Morrigan is ambitious and cares a great deal for her clan and even wishes to establish her own family and add it among the others in Philadelphia. This has been a long standing goal of her's for some time however, she rarely had the chance to set down firm roots before her presence was requested elsewhere. Now she is not bound by such obligations and is currently free to pursue her various ambitions, within reason of course.

Family Home

Juliet is working towards building a family home for other Daeva to be able to use in the event that they need a place to stay for awhile while they manage to establish themselves within the city or simply need to escape the sun's harmful rays. But know that so long as you live under her roof, her word is law if this isn't something one is able to understand, they are welcome to find another roof to reside under.

Importance of Courtesy

Manners are of the utmost importance to Juliet, rarely does the woman insult a person. She treats others with respects and requests others return the favor, for what kind of society do we lead if we can't even maintain civility?

Ludwig van Beethoven

It is rumored that Juliet studied under the famous Ludwig van Beethoven; she even demonstrates a natural affinity and shows adoration of percussion instruments; her favorite of the class does appear to be the piano. She has spoken of Ludwig before, and when she does, it sounds as if she did, at some point in her unlife, meet him. Her favorite piece by far seems to be Sonata Number 14, 'Moonlight'.

The Marquise of Cardiff

Many years ago, Juliet was instrumental to First Estate in their efforts to overthrow the established "order" in the city of Cardiff, Wales. What was truly happening in Cardiff at the time is a mystery known only to a handful of kindred who were either present and participated in the revolution or fled the city. Juliet helped reorganize her fellow First Estate members as well as others from various covenants who were ready for a change and wanted their home back. This was not a campaign that lasted a night or even a week; it lasted several months and required the cashing in of various favors, even between other supernaturals. In the end, the First Estate took dominion over the city, and Juliet was granted the title of "marquise," which, to this day, she retains.

Owner of Drac..oh la la!

Drac..oh la la! is an establishment created by Juliet awhile back and has recently seen some increased traction for both mortals and Kindred. While not an officially recognized Elysium, the establishment does allow Kindred and those under their care some protection as well as the opportunity to feed if they're in a tough spot or having some trouble getting a meal. But there are rules both for the Establishment and from the City. While the City will not enforce the Establishment's Laws, the City works with Juliet to enforce the City Laws.

Remnants of The First Estate

Juliet transferred to Philadelphia after a successful venture in the Invictus ruled city of Chicago, Illinois over sixty years ago. She remained active for roughly ten years before she seemingly dropped off the map. Now she has returned and is one of the few remaining upper ranked members of the First Estate and wishes to help restore some of it's former influence. She is keenly aware of the mistakes made in the past and hopes to work with the other Covenants to ensure a prosperous future for The First Estate.
