I talk of you: Why did you wish me milder? Would you have me false to my nature? Rather say I play the man I am. - Coriolanus, Act III Scene II

Lost
- Avery Frisk - As much as I may be his mentor, he has taught just as much to me in kind.
- Drake Pike - A forceful personality with a gentle touch when it's needed. It's a shame that you left so quickly.
- Lux - A fine friend indeed, and one who has had my back in many a tough spot.
- Vorpal - My guide through the Mirror, and a rather pleasant person when you get to know them.
Others
- Nevermore Usher - A bright light in dark clothing, unafraid of being themselves. Have to applaud that.

Paint It Black: Asbolus fell in with the Winter Court not long after his arrival in 2019, appreciating the more subtle approach of the court over the others available in the freehold. While currently a Page he has been working towards being considered for the position of Sun Banisher.
On the Move: The call of the Eternal City echoes in Asbolus' mind more and more as his Wyrd grows stronger, leading to regular wandering walks throughout Philadelphia. He has also become (or returned to being, perhaps?) a rather skilled traucer, joining a small collective of parkour enthusiasts helmed by Valeria Rolan-Ruiz.
You Work with Who?: To say that Vorpal has a reputation that precedes them would be an understatement, but nonetheless Asbolus has come to be under the Helldiver's wing when it comes to maintaining relations with the Leaden Mirror. The two get along quite well, all told, which leads some to question exactly how that relation came about, but Asbolus is naturally rather circumspect about details.
The World's A Stage: Those familiar with the local theater scene will recognize Asbolus...in a sense. While the man himself did partake in a role or two before his Durance, his fetch (better known as Christopher Martinnson) is a professor with the theater department at the University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia and has had a hand at shaping the careers of a number of his students since he took up the position in 2015. Asbolus has himself returned to the theater in a managerial role, running the day to day operations at the theater established by Luigi Fabri.

Mask: Asbolus is a tall bloke at a few inches over six foot, sporting a runner's build, short blond hair and a British accent that has shown no signs of fading after years living in the States. His most telling feature is his eyes, a stunning blue-grey that seem to peel apart everything that he looks at down to its base components. He tends to dress casually but neatly, his bearing one that makes it easy to forget his presence until he deems otherwise.
Mien: The most apt word to describe Asbolus as seen behind the Mask is sharp. His movements cut through the air around him, leaving faint ripples and whorls in his wake, and thanks to the strengthening of his Wyrd a simple touch threatens to leave a thin scratch in its wake like a scalpel drawn across glass. His already striking gaze takes on a feral intensity, every movement tracked and followed.
Mantle: The air about the Darkling sometimes goes stock still, as thought the world is holding its breath. When his ire is raised - or when on the hunt - a chill breeze follows behind him, paired with the shadows he casts darkening in his wake.
